Very old outdated smelling the worst hotel i ever stayed Very small room no space couldnt use dresser because of smell 120 EUR/night Very poor food Looks like was never refurbished from 1960 Beach Close not atractive having some black mud smelling Chairs in restaurant broken Housekeeping were trying To do their best cleaning every day but because of old still gave me feeling of unclean

Although in a lovely setting overlooking the bay, with attentive staff (not reception), and a decent and friendly beach bar, this hotel did not live up to the expectations of the website. Some clever editing suggests that you walk from hotel door straight out onto the public beach - no mention of the small but busy road leading from the Main Street down to the back entrances of the various other residences and businesses on the street. Access to our room (which is in desperate need of updating) was out the back door of the hotel reception area and up a couple flights of steps, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or juggling young children and baggage. The bathroom was incredibly small with an equally small shower cubicle - I’m 5’3”, small-medium build and found it claustrophobic! Getting a hot shower was challenging too….be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes before stepping in. The drainage in the bathroom was also a novelty - soapy water coming up into the room via the drain in the floor.

First- when we arrive they told us that we need to move for two night to other hotel, only 2* because was overbooking!!! baut we has confirmeted voucher to agency Karpaten !!! After we return we received a room overd the terace the Hotel- every niht the music played very loud until 2-3 at night, imposible to sleep , repet- every night. They told us that it's ohter bussines but is Molfeta disco beach !!!! The water in the golf bech is dirthy, a lot of mud... i didn't swim there!!!! In our group other family -same overbooking- they need move in other hotel, also 2*, it's incredible so little respect for customer!!!

Very bad experience! Coctails just water no juice, no alcohol no taste. Be aware of the coctails. After complaining the same coctails with llittle bit more juice but no spirit. Owner explained to me: That happens because the ice melted.

What a great find, lovely resort, hotel right on the beach, glorious view, fab selection of restaurants and bars in village style layout with Musee restaurant offering great value for more discerning pallet. Supermarket on main road 500mtrs away and local stores in resort. Hotel staff all very helpful and entertainment most nights, Latin,Greek dancing all very enjoyable. Restaurant food very good, we were on B&B basis, plenty of selection of hot or cold buffet breakfast, room benefitted from new air con units and TV. We took a car around island and were very happy with Gouvia as a friendly resort for more mature client.

It was the off-season, few restaurants were open, the hotel was in a great location, and there weren't even any beach chairs set up. Personnal was pleasant, two-bed room unfortunately with 3 beds, so less space. Internet on balcony not good in the room. The price ratio was right for us.

3 * ? At most 1*. Old, musty, often sewage treatment plant smell - in the lobby! Outdoor facilities - the fountains haven't seen water for years - all very neglected. 10 days the same thing every day for breakfast. A lot of people in the hotel and breakfast room ignored the mask requirement (Eastern Europeans), but the staff didn't say anything either, but most of their masks now covered their mouths. Every 2-3 days the same bad folklore evening. In the evening at the beach bar party until after 3 and moped noise, honking etc. Worst shed ever. The only positive: rooms were cleaned very quickly, beds made and new towels every day and all during breakfast.

Although we looked for some points in favor of the hotel, we gradually realized that negative aspects keep appearing, one of which is the Wi-Fi, it doesn't work even if you get close to the router, while if you go to the beaches and restaurants this system works very well. Another negative point is the toilet where there is a water drain on the ground where nauseating smells rise from the sewers every day, the same problem is found in the hall as soon as you enter the hotel. I reiterate that the staff are not friendly at all and gave us the feeling that we were just a number to their business.
