Ocean V Hotel

The stay at this Hotel was amazing. Vikesh and Michael where the two managers and upgraded our rooms because we had a small problem with our original room. the wait staff where amazing Raj,Shanish and Minesh kept me well hydrated. Ryan and Lenado where our fantastic waitors. They have a brilliant chef Adhil that served 5 star and Michelin quality food. i would recommend this hotel to any travllers. it is a short distance from Grand Baie central that you can catch a taxi or take a walk too. the nicer beaches are also a short drive away.there are a few average beaches within walking distance

We stayed at the Ocean V for 9 nights as part of a 2 week holiday in Mauritius. It was a very nice hotel from start to finish. We found the room very comfortable and hot water and clean towels were always available. It was very nice to see the clear blue sea and hear the variety of birds singing from our balcony. All staff were polite and courteous. The hotel has a bus stop outside with direct services to Grand Baie, Port Louis and Pamplemousses which was very handy for day trips. The fare was 25 to Grand Baie and 48 elsewhere. Busses stop running at around 7. In the local area there are a few beaches including the public one at Pereybère which gives the best shade. The hotel pool is also very pleasant, but there is no shelter from the sun after swimming on the sun deck, so bring a hat and factor 50 with you. There was a great selection of food at breakfast which will set you up for the day. We also had a massage in the spa, this was very relaxing and is recommended. On my 50th birthday, the hotel brought a cake to my room which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. A very pleasant stay.

Ocean V hotel was a big surprise, I would say it was so much better than some 5* hotels can offer. Best location with stunning views, beautiful rooms, the most comfortable beds with such a good sleep. The service was really high, cleanliness was faultless, the staff were such a caring and awesome, especially Asha, Krishnee and Nabsha. I would go back any time :)

We stayed at Ocean V as part of our honeymoon trip. All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The food each night was cooked to perfection and the hotel has beautiful facilities. It is also in a great location for excursions.

we had a wonderful experience at ocean V hotel, their staff are very welcoming , thank you krishnee and all the staff from bar lounge to the chef and we had an amazing time at the Manzu rrstaurant with live cooking experience. Simply awesome time time.

Excellent family stay… The team went above and beyond my expectations to organize my moms birthday .. Special thanks to Manav, Sandiren , Sanjaye , Ravi , Jean Francois and anyone who i am missing out . The kitchen team really worked out the dishes with the top notch ingredient …. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, Natasha and Asha really made us feel welcome and created a lovely atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool area was great with stunning views. Also a great breakfast!

❤️❤️ Ocean V hotel ,we can never get enough of staying at this amazing place.We feel as if it's our second home and huge thanks to awesome people there. We have been staying at Ocean V hotel for the past few days and the wonderful team have always been doing their work with love,dedication and making sure everybody's stay is memorable. But we were a bit disappointed at first as we were given the first floor room and it was not matching our expectation, Mr spiders were busy with making their nest, bed sheet was covered with yellowish stained, hairs on the pillow....Disgusting Gradually we changed room and it was woooww. We could see a huge difference compare to the first room. Wel maintained room, with everything shiny, even the tap. Welcoming by a beautiful and unique decoration with towel on our bed, made us feel more special . I would personally recommend all the top and second floor rooms as not only we had a wonderful view but most importantly we had a very very cleaned room. The rooftop was one of the best of all. The prefect place for a romantic proposal. At the end we enjoyed our vacation surrounded by amazing people. Special thanks and lot of hugs and kisses to Yash for maintaining my little home (room) so cleaned. My husband and I was very impressed with the quality of work of Yash. We love Mauritian smiles 😃

Lovely establishment with an amazing staff. The front office were very accommodating to my changes and the breakfast and dining staff were extremely friendly. Lastly, the pricing is reasonable for all that comes with the package. Thanks for the stay!
