Palm Heights

Checked in for a birthday weekend and as soon as we got on the property we were ready to bask in everything! Since check in is rather later (but so great for departing) we booked immediate services at the Garden Club, which is on-site and is the most immaculate spa you can imagine. Everything is set up for your senses to be pleased and relaxed (and not to mention literally everything is aesthetically beautiful). The next few days were spent on the beach with lovely beachside service. Everything you need is on the property, we felt like we didn’t have to leave. Tillie’s has a fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we even had a fun pizza karaoke night at another on-site restaurant called Paradise. There are wellness activities galore that is curated by the hotel (and complimentary) such as morning Pilates and swim classes. Love the Dolores shop which has everything you may need (in case you forgot to pack some sandals or a beautiful birthday dress in my case lol). The hippest designers new and old can be found there. What takes this property to the next level is hands down the people who work there though. We felt so genuinely taken care of and every day we encountered someone we felt like we were seeing a friend. Shout out to Luz, Amaya and Frank who really ensured our stay was perfect. Thank you to everyone truly bc I’m terrible with names but EVERYONE deserves praise for their presence there. Can’t wait to be back!! ~ Shanna

Tranquil and refined, the Palm Heights was a treat for the soul. My husband and I traveled with our 6 month old and had the best time! The hotel amenities were great, the food was delicious and the hospitality was impressive! Gracia made our trip extra special with her attentive and loving service. My husband and I loved the Garden Center and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Had a stellar experience at Palm Heights for our babymoon. Staff is incredibly attentive and everything about this resort feels curated. So many fine details to appreciate. Food and drinks were incredible. Already dreaming of returning!

Look no further. This gem is eclectic, luxurious, stunning and just downright perfection. As a world traveler, I have never been to a place where I was treated as kindly. EVERY SINGLE member of the Palm Heights team was an absolute delight. For the money you expect top notch and that is what you get here. My husband and I were there for our 10 year anniversary but look forward to bringing our kids back later this year. Book the trip already!!!

Palm Heights is the most outstanding resort on Seven Mile Beach for so many reasons. Foremost, every single person who works there is pleasant, helpful, friendly, and hard-working. They all make an extra effort to get to know each of the customers by name, and always greet you with a smile and offer of assistance. Upon our arrival, we were greeted so graciously and with a glass of Prosecco by Manuel, who took us on a tour of the property and was always available throughout our week's stay to answer questions and arrange tours. The beach area was well-managed throughout the day by Gee, Gunga, Jacob, and Tyrell. One of them would set up our lounge chairs with towels when we came down in the morning, refreshed our glasses constantly with fresh ice water, and offered delicious fruit and juices throughout the day. Victor eagerly took and delivered food and drink orders to the beach. We did find that in order to get chairs in the front row it was necessary to arrive on the beach before 7:30, but there was never a time when all chairs were full (as we had encountered in previous years at other resorts), and were spaced out so that every two chairs had a lovely yellow umbrella and table. The beach area in front of Palm Heights is flat with ample soft white sand and beautiful turquoise water, and never was crowded, unlike some other resorts such as The Ritz-Carlton and Westin where chairs were literally lined up on top of each other, and at the Marriott where the beach has eroded away completely. The food at Palm Heights was also phenomenal. Tillie's is their main restaurant, where we ate breakfast directly on the beach every morning and had dinner there twice. For guests at the resort, they reserve the best tables on the beach with a direct view of the beautiful sunsets. The most notable dishes were the Steak Diane on our first night and the weekly Burger, Lobster, and Bubbles night with the best smash burger and grilled lobster tail we have ever had. The service at Tillie's was also outstanding, including Cristina who was so attentive at breakfast, and Medhi and Chage at dinner. For lunch we usually ate delicious sushi at the Coconut Club bar right by the beach, where we were always greeted warmly by Joy and Gracia. Every evening from 5-6:00 they held a free happy hour with various appetizers and signature drink. Our favorite was the wine tasting! The resort has a wonderful spa, fully equipped professional gym and offers a variety of daily workout and exercise sessions. Gabriela was a wonderful yoga instructor, and she also runs many of the other activities. My husband and I had two awesome snorkeling experiences with Gabriela and Brian, who took underwater photos during our snorkeling. We saw hundreds of beautifully colored fish, as well as a moray eel, eagle stingray, and small octopus. In a word spectacular. Nicest place ever been. Staff anticipates every need. Food fantastic and varied. Highly recommend for families, romantic getaway. Spa new and over the top with gym and every treatment one could envision. Will come back.

Truly excellent resort. Smaller but in the best way. Service excellent, food truly a cut above other 5 star Caribbean resorts. Excellent beach and pool. Our family had a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite and a 1 br suite. Both were excellent. Spa is new and amazing. Not just treatments but sauna streamroom and cold plunge which was fun to try. Seem like professional grade gym and weights although we didn’t use. They set me up with outside Scuba company Divetech and there were excellent dives including a wreck dive. We have stayed at many top resorts in the Caribbean and this is among our very favorites.

I traveled here last week with my husband and two teenage daughters. It was truly the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever experienced. Every space was absolutely gorgeous, perfectly maintained at all times, beautifully designed with lush plants and quiet nooks to relax everwhere. Though the weather wasn’t ideal the week we were here (a cold front came through, making the ocean choppy for a few days), the beach was still a lovely place to soak up the sun. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! The room was beyond comfortable and stylish, and we particularly appreciated the luxurious bed, fastidious cleanliness, lovely toiletries, and kind treats left in our room each night. The spa and gym at The Garden Club were some of the most magical, beautiful spaces I’ve ever experienced. Don’t miss them! Everyone working at Palm Heights was extremely attentive - we particularly appreciated George, Manuel, Gabriela, and Justin. Food and drinks were delicious, fresh, and easily accessed through their three restaurants (upscale Caribbean, pizza and shawarma, and sushi). Or, if you didn’t want to move a muscle, they provided beach service until 5p. Our family has already decided that we want to make a trip to Palm Heights an annual event. We can’t wait to return!

I commend the entire staff for their service, hospitality and care we received during our stay. The rooms are beyond comfortable, well stocked, and quiet. The food in both restaurants turned out to be quite good and the cocktail lists were inventive. Beach service is wonderful. Given their onsite health and wellness programs, it's no surprise that their exercise/gym area is one of the best I've seen.
