I am locked in to this expensive rate at a 2 star hotel. I did not get the sofa bed that was mentioned on the booking, the fan does not work so I can help not to hear the noise in the breakfast room where people are having a party drinking their own beer and playing loud music.
There does not seem to be confidence that the front desk staff can settle things down. The first clerk laughed at me that I didn’t get the room I expected because I booked on *******. This is not a nice welcoming hotel. I feel quite taken advantage. No one should receive this poor reception and support in a hotel.
