Una estancia maravillosa en el Hotel. El personal de 10, servicial y muy atento. Mención especial a Miguel y a Doru que hicieron lo imposible para que estuviésemos como en casa. El restaurante tiene comida rica y variada. Volveremos sin duda!

Hemos estado con el Imserso 8 días. Cabe destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Agredecer especialmente a J.Roberto y a Lucía de la sala del comedor, por su esmerada atención en cuanto a mis intolerancias alimentarias, ya que en todo momento me asesoraban y se preocupaban. También agradecer, a los cocineros que tuvieron la deferencia de sacar las comidas directamente de la cocina para mí, para que no hubiera contaminación cruzada. Y a Sara, de recepción por su amabilidad y cortesía. Un hotel familiar, cerca de la playa a pie. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias!

Hemos estado 10 días. Y solo podemos decir que la estancia fue estupenda. La atención nada más llegar de recepción fue muy buena. Cuando llegamos a la habitación destacamos su limpieza diaria. El comedor con mucha luz y el personal muy atento especialmente Dodi y el cocinero Santiago que siempre está dispuesto con una sonrisa para ayudar y facilitar y pendiente de reponer. También en la cafeteria Svitlana con su sonrisa lo hacía todo fácil En general estuvimos muy contentos con todo el personal . Sin duda que volveremos después de la reforma y ya no habrá problema con los ascensores. Aunque nosotros veíamos que era en momentos puntuales. Estuvimos en la planta 10..

La experiencia muy buena personal muy agradable en general, personal de comedor súper cariñosos .Limpieza buena y comida buena. Lo peor los ascensores insuficientes para las plantas que hay. Volveré, pero en una planta baja.

Las instalaciones están muy bien: habitación, zonas comunes, restaurante, piscina... Ahora bien, lo más destacable del hotel es su personal, desde recepción hasta restaurante pasando por el personal de habitaciones, siempre con una sonrisa en su cara. Extraordinario!!

Después de haber pasado 8 días de residencia en el Hotel Principal, no tengo mas palabras que expresar las excelentes atenciones recibidas de todo el personal, especialmente del personal de comedor, y recepción, nos han tratado con mucha amabilidad, delicadeza y acercamiento para dejar muy grata nuestra estancia. No nos olvidamos de las atenciones recibidas por el personal de limpieza de habitaciones. Todos tienen un encanto especial.
