Like the dramatic modern paintings that adron white walls; chic sculptures decorating the courtyard, and the red bull influenced F1 artifacts in the lobby LOCATION: Lovely location in the fringes of old town, and easy access to all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Cool lobby level cafe and bar. Didnt try their restaurant to comment on. ROOM: We stayed in 201, so this review is based on that; The room is more of a mini suite that is fit enough even for long term residence with a Kitchenette, Microwave and a reasonable big refrigerator compared to what you might find in a normal hotel room; VIEW:Sweet view of the streets ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Nice spa quality cosmetics by HERBAL TREATS brand FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. Small but cool indoor swimming pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. During our three-night family stay, we found several pros to highlight: - The hotel boasts a fantastic location. We enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. - The service provided was commendable. - Our room and restroom were both spacious and well-maintained. -The on-site restaurant offered excellent dining. -The presence of a pleasant garden was a bonus. However, there were some drawbacks to consider: -The breakfast, albeit costly, was only average in quality. -Families with children might find the pool less suitable. -The sauna's limited opening hours (starting at 17:00) might not suit everyone. -Note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. - Strange smell from AC in the last day In conclusion, despite a few minor downsides, I would certainly recommend this hotel based on our experience.

This was our 1st stop duering our recent tour of Austria & what a great start ! After a 3hr train journey from Vienna through stunning scenery we arrived at Graz station. The hotel didnt appear to be far & only having hand luggage decided to walk which took us about 15mins. The hotel is convenient located near the old town with views over the river. Check in was both friendly & efficient which was appreciated as we had been travelling since early hours from the UK. We was very pleased with our room, bed was comfortable & our bathroom both roomy & well appointed. Duering our 2 day stay we very enjoyed our breakfasts served in the conservatory & I thought that the drinks we had in the hotel bar were very reasonable. There are terraced rear gardens with fabulous views & an outside pool but we resisted the temptation for a dip as it was mid February & about -4C 😁

The rooms are always tidy and the breakfast is varied and very tasty. The surroundings are spacious, with squares and parks for walking. It's also close to the famous sights and squares of Graz, so it's great for sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and always give you positive feedback on what you want. It was my birthday during my stay and they gave me an unforgettable little party at breakfast. It was the most unforgettable part of my stay in Graz.

It is considered to be a relatively large hotel in Europe, over-living hotels, small cities, hotels have their own parking lot, of course, you must check in at the front desk before you can find the entrance parking, other things are normal. Went early without breakfast.

Hi arrived one Sunday evening for the Grand Prix that was taking place nearby. Check in was via an iPad which told you a code for the room and all doors. (No disinfectant next to the ipad) The whole hotel was fine - basic, comfortable, clean and cheap. For what you pay, it's value for money. One thing i was a bit concerned about was the requirement (at the time) to show you were either vaccinated, tested or recovered from COVID (3Gs). Checking in on an iPad prevented people from showing this - anyone could have had it. Car park was in the shopping centre across the road - i got a discount from the hotel, which was great. Apart from that - a nice hotel.
