Lovely 1 night stay, the hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly and relaxing, really enjoyed my stay, food was good from the onsite restaurant and breakfast was delicious, one of the best hotels in Great Yarmouth and will definitely use again, well done 👍

Lovely property and staff but very noisy could hear everything that’s going on in neighbouring rooms,plus a private function in bar era which went on to 11.30 but very noisy guests outside until at least 1. Am

All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, with a sea view and a comfortable bed. We had dinner in the dining room which was exceptionally well appointed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Everything was cooked to order and arrived hot. I would thoroughly recommend the full rack of ribs - it was the best I have tasted! There are plenty of options for breakfast, again everything was well cooked and served hot. I would definitely go back if we were in the area again.

Staff were excellent and very helpful throughout the stay. Property was clean and beds were very comfortable. Only problem: my wife and I shared a room with two very comfortable beds, however only one chair.

Very nice hotel, great location, opposite beach. Staff welcoming on arrival, room and bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast very good, 10:30am checkout and on site parking a bonus.

This hotel isn’t the smartest looking on the block, but I cannot fault the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast which I would give both a 10 out of 10.
There is a car park at the back of the hotel, but the driveway to it is very narrow, not for the faint hearted. When you get round the back, there’s not much space to manoeuvre either, but we did manage to get a space as parking during the day is quite expensive. the decor in the front bar and hallway is good, but the bedroom was a little bit tired and could do with decorating and the ensuite updating. But for the price we paid, it was perfect.

Very friendly, helpful staff, room was clean, fresh and tidy, breakfast was great too. Only stayed the one night reasonable price too :-)
