it was nice for the two nights we stayed there. we were in town for a family members wedding. we do wish the pool was able to be open!

Check in and out service was excellent. Plenty of parking. Rooms were adequate for our needs; coffee pot, fridge, and micro were all set at a mini bar area which was very user friendly.
Bathroom / shower / tub area could use an upgrade/ facelift; breakfast was adequate and there were gluten free and dairy free options.

Old hotel. Not even any USB ports in room. Dirty stained sofa. Cramped shower/toilet. There are two SpringHill Suites in Greensboro. Stay at the other one. Much newer and much better.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast in the morning was delicious. The area is quiet and there is plenty of shopping close by!

We had a great honor to meet a sweet woman who works behind the desk. She works the second shift. She is so kind and treated our son like he matters to her and that means alot to us .she was very pleasant and always had a kind word ❤️

The staff is very nice and accommodating. Property definitely needs some upgrades. My air conditioner was not working properly. Tv remote wasn’t working either. I went down to get batteries for it and it still didn’t work properly. I just decided it wasn’t meant for me to watch TV. And went to sleep. Other than that the room is spacious. Parking was free and accommodating. They had free continental breakfast. I did not eat it though. Marriott needs to do some upgrades to this property.

Person staying in the room above us was a very heavy walker and it appeared that there was no sound insulation at the ceiling.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Ms. Melba, Ms. Angie and Ms. Kelly were great. My only comment is that the bathroom tub area could use some updating and there was noticeable water damage around the window sill area that could use some TLC. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
