Hotels in Tumon, Guam

The blankets are nonexistent. I repeat the blankets are nonexistent. You need to literally buy a blanket at Ross because the blankets are literal sheets or some crumpled up back blanket stuffed in the corner of the closet. The airconditioning is so cold that you may catch a cold without a blanket. I am a person that believes in “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything” but omg the housekeeping is just close to nothing. Only takes out the trash and that’s basically it. Still left a tip everyday but still a bare minimum of at least sweeping the floor would be nice. But the location and price was chefs kiss so just bring or buy a blanket.

Stayed in several different hotels in Guam over the past few years. I keep coming back to Nikko for a few reasons: best view (in my opinion), reasonably priced, beach access, water slides, well maintained laundromat… However, I do need to live with some shortcomings: the shower is in need of a major renovation (grab bar is loose, towel rack is falling apart, caulking is laughable…) I was here Jan 2025 and returned in April 2025. I saw an improvement in management at front desk and in Toh Lee restaurant. An added bonus: short walk to Tsubaki Tower with its 24 hr cafe and other good stuff.

I think the hotels in Guam is really not worthy. Very expensive but the hygiene is not satisfying. We got bitten by ants in the bed during sleeping. I caught several ants in the bed. It made us really terrible. Nikko is not a 3 or 4 starts hotel. We travel a lot but this is our first time to be bitten by ants in the bed. They changed our room and gave us 2 more hours late check out.but the room on the same floor and same condition even though we were very itchy for previous two nights and got bitten. Really terrible. And hopefully they change all the towels in the pool. Tooooooo old !!! Everything is too old !!

The room facilities are very old, so be prepared. The supporting water park is fun and has a lot of activities. Children will not be bored even if they play for a whole day. The breakfast is average and filling. The check-in time must be 3 pm, which is very strict, and you cannot check in early.

It was a wonderful hotel. I was glad I chose the club lounge. We had a wonderful time. The number of children in the room didn't seem to be reflected in the room, so towels and amenities had to be requested, but they were quickly provided. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Guam.

Answering phone services is bad. Lost item they didn't even check it right cus I remember when we check out room I know what I put the item they told me they didn't find anything. And my medication too. Very dispoint. I even told them I go and check they check they all ready check so nothing! That what they told me room was even no guest yet .

We stayed here on a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful and good! There were a lot of Korean people, so there was a lot of Korean food and it was delicious. The noodles changed every day and were delicious. We were also able to use the Dusit pool, so the kids had fun on the warslide all day. The staff were all kind and friendly. It was a good hotel. The sunset was beautiful.

Before going to Hilton Before taking the plane I used it for 3 days Honestly, except for the swimming pool It was the best value for money Expensive hotels are good, but I think it would cost twice to come once~ Since you can swim freely anywhere in Guam If you rent a car and travel leisurely There is no hotel better than this. In particular, a microwave oven is a must for Koreans~ Also, it is good to buy groceries at Payless Supermarket Kmart hardly has groceries

Dusit beach resort is an outstanding hotel located in Tumon area in Guam. You can perfectly stay three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. The aquarium is really close, just 5 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, toothbrush, and complimentary water and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel has great outdoor swimming pools with great views to sea. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance.

The room has a beautiful view and a moderate price, but the service efficiency still needs to be improved: the front desk informed me that the room was not ready at the check-in time of 3 pm, and I waited for a long time before I got the room card; during the stay, the staff responsible for room cleaning knocked on the door at 6 pm to ask if it was cleaned, and most of the guests went back to their rooms to rest. The breakfast variety is single, and the meat is mostly canned food.
