Hotel Nikko Guam
"Quiet environment, rich meals"
RIHGA Royal Laguna Guam Resort
"When we first checked in for 5 nights we were given a room on the 5th floor but the room was full of musty smell which was a health hazard. The furniture was also very old and some areas were already peeling off. We went to reception to request to change to another room and we were told "we were upgraded" to a better and newly renovated room on the 6th floor. The newer room was of the exact same size but with newer furniture and without the musty smell. This should be the type of room we should get in the first place and not after we complained and was "upgraded". The hotel overall was pretty dated and badly needed an upgrade."
Tumon Bay Capital Hotel
"Good location, bit facilities is old"
Dusit Beach Resort Guam
"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to and I go to many hotels for business. Believe me there are bugs and flying bugs everywhere and weird stains on the couch. The service is un attentive and customer service is so poor, if u ever run into an issue you will surely be disappointed. The locals recommend the Dusit Thani or the Tsubaki."
Hotel Tano Guam
"First of all, I’d like to say my stay at Hotel Tano Guam was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I visited with my 2-year-old daughter for her birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake and even upgraded our room so she would have plenty of space to run around. We absolutely loved the room we stayed in. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the Rooms Division Manager, Jerald Aradanas, for the room upgrade and the thoughtful gifts for my daughter! I also want to mention the night shift front desk staffs, Axel and Gene. They gave us such a warm welcome after our long flight and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. Thank you, Hotel Tano team! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guam. Highly recommended!"
Dusit Thani Guam Resort
"We had great time in there. access to pool/beach were great and right in middle of downtown. Will be back when we go back go guam"
Guam Plaza Resort
"The stafff are friendly and we had great stayed for 3 day"
Crowne Plaza RESORT GUAM by IHG
"The air conditioning was incredibly noisy. The room was on a high floor but had a low ceiling, making it feel cramped. The comforter was damp, and the shower pressure was very low. We only stayed one night before switching hotels. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share this to help others avoid a bad experience and ruining their trip."
The Tsubaki Tower
"Our favorite hotel! Always the best accommodations, buffets!"

"We enjoyed staying. Thank youso much!"
Days Inn by Wyndham Guam-Tamuning
"Very affordable. We chose this for our first night since it’s closer to the airport. We just wanted to book a car when we landed and drive here and sleep. Happy with our choice."
New Harmon Loop Hotel
"good!!"
Hoshino Resorts Risonare Guam
"service, the room, water park, breakfast.. everything is great:) 5 mins away from Pay-Less supermarket. You take the red shuttle around the city."
The Westin Resort Guam
"There is no early move-in room rate discount anymore! Because I was on a red-eye flight, I asked at the counter about the early check-in fee. No matter if it was 4 a.m., 6 a.m., or 8 a.m.... it was all the same as the original price for one night, without any discount. (Before the epidemic, we offered early check-in discounts) The counter staff will not stop customers who jump in line at all, and will ignore customers who are waiting in line obediently. (Even the Starbucks clerk here 😊) In addition, when asking about early check-in, the counter asked us to provide information and credit card pre-authorization (no deduction). However, when we checked in at 3 pm, we still had to provide another credit card pre-authorization (no deduction), which was a bit uncomfortable. good. The room is large, the bed and pillows are soft, and the cleanliness needs to be improved! There were obvious hairs on the bed and a lot of dust. The window of the non-sea view room faces the parking lot, but you can see a little of the seaside when you step out of the balcony. There are 3 bottles of PET bottle mineral water provided in the room (for 2 people). If you stay in a row, only 3 bottles will be kept. It is recommended to take away the unfinished drinks. The TV is not a smart TV, and the remote control has no option to connect to the Internet. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but even if the door is closed tightly, it will still leak (seems this is the case in hotels in Guam? The wet and dry separation in the Lotte Hotel is also tightly closed and water will leak) Because the hotel has a patio layout, the sound insulation is very poor! If you live on a high floor, you can hear the shouts of children on the first floor, and there are no earplugs in the room or provided at the front desk."
Hilton Guam Resort & Spa
"Very good hotel, friendly and accomodating hotel staff. Clean rooms and good brakfast"
Royal Orchid Hotel Guam
"We checked in early in the morning , the staff at the desk were wearing wore and causal TShirt , very unprofessional There were no signs to where to check in . Lobby was shabby In order for us to go to the room earlier we are forced to paid extra $60 dollars extra even though there were rooms available The size of the unit is quite good however overall were very old fashioned and outdated We stayed for 4 days but no cleaning service has been done No linings has been changed even though we have requested so many times at the front desk , they informed us to put in our request everyday which I did but things never happened it isradiculas! WiFi is not working .. Shower head dropped and out of order Telephone in the room was not connected One good thing about the room was they updated the toilet bowl to a sophisticated self cleaning one , which I gave them a thumb’s up .. Hotel location was ok Overall the hotel has potential however needed so much updating and cleaning ! Management needed to be improved !"

"The location of this hotel is very good but sad to say the hotel is not run professionally. I was shocked when I waited and waited for hot water to shower but NO hot water! I will not choose this hotel again!"
