Hotel Tano Guam
"The soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and the hotel was predominantly occupied by Korean guests, which led to some noise at night. The hygiene wasn't great either. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and an ABC store right at the corner. It's also not far from the beach."
Dusit Beach Resort Guam
"The location was excellent! We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a cake and a lovely message card. We were very impressed and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful service!"
Guam Plaza Resort
"Guam Plaza resort is one of a hotel with excellent value for money."
The Bayview Hotel Guam
"The service was great and the room was also very nice! Very fast process of checking in and out"
Lotte Hotel Guam
"Good food, views, many nice discounts and coupons to use everywhere. They have many partnerships with other businesses. For example, at the time of this writing, you can go to Risonare Water Park and only need to pay $15 instead of $55. Dinner buffet was great. Staff are nice. The coffee shop serves Starbucks. Rooms are very spacious."
Crowne Plaza RESORT GUAM by IHG
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers."
Royal Orchid Hotel Guam
"The room is big. We booked triple sharing and we were given 3 twin beds which is good. However, housekeeping service is not good. The room was not made up until we complained. When it was cleaned, the beds were not made properly and the complimentary coffee not replenished. If not for the room size and good beds, this hotel is not a good choice."
The Tsubaki Tower
"Our favorite hotel! Always the best accommodations, buffets!"
Hotel Nikko Guam
"“Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko Guam! The hotel is tucked away on Gun Beach with a more private and tranquil feel compared to the busier central Tumon area. It has direct access to a nice beach section, perfect for those seeking a relaxed vibe while still being close enough to restaurants and shopping (short taxi or walk). The rooms are spacious (around 48㎡), all oceanfront with huge balconies offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful sunsets. The beds were comfortable, and free WiFi worked well throughout. The outdoor pools with waterslides and kids’ area were a big hit — lots of fun for families. We loved the beachfront BBQ buffet dinner with the fire dance show in the evening; great variety of food (including Japanese options) and entertaining atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for a beach resort with great views. Highly recommend Hotel Nikko Guam for a peaceful Guam getaway — we’d happily return!”"

LeoPalace Resort Guam
"We stayed here to golf. And the only entertainment they have is pretty much golf… Andy maybe a nice fitness gym. The gym actually not a hotel gym, it’s actually a full functioning gym, although old. The hotel is massive but mostly empty, and really old. It felt like a ******* mansion especially there is almost no hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and have a really nice bath tub, beds are comfy and overall clean. The room has a mini fridge but it works like an icebox so you actually need to put ice in it to keep it cold inside. The service was what I had the most problem with. Not only are they not friendly, they had a condescending tone and just lacked courtesy. This actually apply to the Japanese staff and the local English speaking staff were hospitable and lovely. I’ve noticed it’s the Japanese hotel manager that brings out this culture and I was highly disappointed. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this was probably one of the worst service. It’s located far from downtown and the beach, but if you’re just going for golf and want to relax in the green, this might be the the right place for you."
SureStay Hotel by Best Western Guam Airport South
"Friendly staff , little bit lock of service 🫣"
Hoshino Resorts Risonare Guam
"service, the room, water park, breakfast.. everything is great:) 5 mins away from Pay-Less supermarket. You take the red shuttle around the city."
Hyatt Regency Guam
"The response time on WhatsApp wasn't very prompt. When I asked for a bottle opener to enjoy a Corona, they told me it wasn't available via WhatsApp. However, when I took the bottled Corona to the front desk and asked to borrow an opener, they opened it for me on the spot. I imagine others might feel the same way about the WhatsApp service. But, since a King Suite was available and I was upgraded, it wasn't a big deal. I got to drink my beer after all. And the acai bowl from the deli was delicious."
The Westin Resort Guam
"The rooms are spacious and bright, the sea view rooms offer beautiful views, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. There's a private beach downstairs with fine white sand; it's less crowded and has beautiful scenery, making it ideal for family vacations."
Grand Plaza Hotel
"I had to cancel my booking at the hotel. I booked a single queen be roomd for me and my partner and was given a room with 2 twin beds. We ended going somewhere else, the place was decent and the front desk receptionist was patient with my frustrations and had given me a refund."
Alupang Beach Tower
"I stayed here again after last year. The location is superb, right in front of the ocean. I had a comfortable and stress-free stay."
Tumon Bay Capital Hotel
"This looks like a prestigious hotel during it’s heyday decades ago but has not been upgraded or renovated since. The classy design and furnitures has worn out, the ithe facilities are old and are not maintained well. The staff are accommodating and nice. My bed was clean and comfy and the ac is working well and I have a balcony view of the city. But the overall room is is not impressively clean also there is a dead insect being carried by ants in my room. The toilet is not very clean, but the water pressure is strong. Overall it’s not that bad if you’re a transiting passenger like me who just wants to have a place to sleep. I sincerely hope this hotel would have the funds to upgade their facilities and hire more people to do the cleaning."
