Guam Plaza Resort ★★★
"The hotel location is the best, lots of restaurants around and shopping centers to go to. The hotel lobby is clean; we stayed there for 6 days, maybe they lack manpower or cleaners that's why they got to clean our room every other day and just to get the trash and change towels. We were surprised that it was only during our last day of stay that the beds were fixed or made. After 3rd day of stay no more hot water., under maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
Dusit Thani Guam Resort ★★★★★
"The view is really amazing, as expected!"
Hotel Tano Guam ★★★★
"Booked in a Japanese summer holiday and it definitely worth it. With a bedroom and a living, and pool and gym, all good."
Dusit Beach Resort Guam ★★★★
"PROS: Kind employees, easy and quick check-in. Delicious calamansi drink at check-in. Bedding comfortable and clean. Large corner room. Slippers, dental kit, etc available. Bottles of water available. CONS: Dated hotel and decor. Found multiple short hairs in restroom. Toilet was not clean."
The Bayview Hotel Guam ★★★
"Trip.com, please take responsibility for your customers. You shouldn't promote hotels like this on your app anymore. The facilities are old, and for a hotel that costs over 800 a night, there's not even a pool. It's just a large motel, completely unrelated to a vacation. The picture was taken on the balcony, and it's a ten-minute walk from Tumon Bay."
The Tsubaki Tower ★★★★★
"Our favorite hotel! Always the best accommodations, buffets!"
Hotel Nikko Guam ★★★★
"Honestly, it was pretty average. The hotel felt a bit old and had a musty smell, but the fact that it has a beach and is by the sea is still a big plus."
Hoshino Resorts Risonare Guam ★★★★★
"Due to ongoing renovations, some facilities were unavailable. Breakfast was decent. I had to move to a different hotel because extending my stay meant breakfast was no longer optional, which was inconvenient. It would be helpful if information about ongoing construction work was provided at the time of booking."
Lotte Hotel Guam ★★★★
"The location is fantastic, and the views are amazing! The service is excellent – you can always trust Lotte. If you book a stay that includes lounge access, you don't have to worry about where to eat in expensive Guam. The food caters to Korean tastes, which is a big plus! I compared several places, and this one is definitely my style. It's close to both Tumon Beach and Gun Beach, making it perfect for water activities. The infinity pool also has a stunning view! They have a lot of events too – it's just the best!"

New Harmon Loop Hotel
"Arrived in Guam via Korean Air, got to the hotel around 2 AM, and check-in was incredibly smooth. The hotel has everything you need and is really good. There's also a large parking lot right outside. The 12 PM checkout time feels a bit early though. There are lots of great food options nearby; the simplest, McDonald's, is right across the street."
Alupang Beach Tower
"Good good, I want to go again!!!"
Hilton Guam Resort & Spa
"We chose this hotel because it's the closest one to Ypao Beach. While it's an older property, it's very well-maintained and we had a comfortable stay."
The Westin Resort Guam
"The hotel local has a very good location accessible to a lot of restaurants. The room is clean and the pool and beach amenities are very beautiful. We will definitely come back!"
Guam Reef Hotel
"We enjoyed staying. Thank youso much!"
Garden Villa Hotel
"I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied."
LeoPalace Resort Guam
"We stayed here to golf. And the only entertainment they have is pretty much golf… Andy maybe a nice fitness gym. The gym actually not a hotel gym, it’s actually a full functioning gym, although old. The hotel is massive but mostly empty, and really old. It felt like a ******* mansion especially there is almost no hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and have a really nice bath tub, beds are comfy and overall clean. The room has a mini fridge but it works like an icebox so you actually need to put ice in it to keep it cold inside. The service was what I had the most problem with. Not only are they not friendly, they had a condescending tone and just lacked courtesy. This actually apply to the Japanese staff and the local English speaking staff were hospitable and lovely. I’ve noticed it’s the Japanese hotel manager that brings out this culture and I was highly disappointed. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this was probably one of the worst service. It’s located far from downtown and the beach, but if you’re just going for golf and want to relax in the green, this might be the the right place for you."
SureStay Hotel by Best Western Guam Airport South
"The hotel was pretty neat and convenient. The front desk workers were gentle and nice, but the only thing that made it difficult for me and my family was that there was no bell boy to help assist us during our short stay. I really hope to stay there again when I visit guam again one day. And hopefully there's bellboys to help us out."
Holiday Resort & Spa Guam
"Excellent value for the $$, close to beach, kind and accommodating staff…"
Grand Plaza Hotel
"Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions."
