GGuest UserA vibrant and energetic hotel with an absolutely beautiful ocean-view room.
The hotel staff were all very nice, especially Tony at the front desk during check-in, as well as the pool and ocean center staff and the online customer service team, who provided fast and professional responses.

NNomadPaoloGood food, views, many nice discounts and coupons to use everywhere. They have many partnerships with other businesses. For example, at the time of this writing, you can go to Risonare Water Park and only need to pay $15 instead of $55. Dinner buffet was great. Staff are nice. The coffee shop serves Starbucks. Rooms are very spacious.

AAnonymous UserOriginally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!
GGuest UserOur family of three stayed here. The cleanliness was average (under the bed might be a bit dirty...). The hairdryer was very basic, just on and off, so if you're particular, I'd suggest bringing your own. Service was good; if we had any issues, the front desk was quick to help.

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.
Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

GGuest UserI love the location , as it's a family area. The beach next door I nice with covered tables, and there's a lifeguard. It's a great opportunity to see local families having fun, and lots of kids without the tourist crowd. In the late afternoon you can see the large canoes practicing and racing. Go to the beach in the morning and late afternoon and watch the sunset. The resort staff are very helpful and kind. The red Tumon shuttle picks up out front. All in all a very good location. I'll be back soon!
GGuest UserI chose this hotel because our plane was at 3:40 in the morning, and this hotel was very close to the airport and provided free drop-off service. We stayed overnight. The hotel is very old, the facilities are quite old, but the health is OK. The old gentleman at the front desk was very responsible. We asked him what time he needed to leave. He said that two hours in advance was enough. We said that we had to go through the customs and departure procedures. He said that the procedures were very simple and directly checked in. Really, the departure was done at the check-in counter, very soon. At the scheduled departure time, the driver came on time, called us, and helped carry the luggage downstairs and put it on the car. There is no elevator in this hotel, so it is not convenient if there is a lot of luggage, we live on the second floor.
