GGuest UserI chose this hotel specifically for its balcony and ocean view, and the breathtaking scenery truly met my expectations. The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't cramped either – just the right size. It was clean and well-stocked with amenities; the slippers were a particularly nice touch. I was also impressed that the towels were changed daily! Having laundry facilities available was a lifesaver. While a bit pricey, the location was excellent. K-Mart was within walking distance if you didn't mind a bit of a stroll, and my desired Cafe Gudcha was also nearby. I did a fair bit of walking, but it meant I could enjoy everything without relying on buses. I also stumbled upon Crab Daddy nearby, and the food there was surprisingly delicious – highly recommended! Despite it being the rainy season, we were fortunate with the weather and had a fantastic vacation!

AAnonymous UserThe view from the room was absolutely incredible! We used taxis and rental cars during our trip, but the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the 'Red Bus' stop and the outlet mall, so the location is great. The hotel facilities and service were also excellent. The hotel pool wasn't too crowded, so we could go on the water slides as many times as we wanted. If the ocean conditions are good, you can also rent snorkeling gear. We particularly enjoyed the mini-events held three times a week, where you can experience Chamorro culture. They offer light refreshments and a small dance show, and it's all free, which was a huge bonus. Plus, there's a happy hour every day from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM with free drinks and snacks, which was amazing. There's so much to enjoy within the hotel that it's worth setting aside half to a full day just to relax and have fun there.

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.
