Guest UserWe love staying at Dusit Tani when in Guam. Location is the best, service is friendly and professional and the restaurants in the hotel are upscale with great food and amazing service!
The only downside is: the beach facilities. They have old and broken beach chairs which are mostly taken by locals, so even though you pay over 250$ for a hotel night, if you want nice beach chairs with umbrellas, you would have to pay another 60$ for a third part to use the chairs for the day, really not compatible for a 5 star beach resort.
It is good to point out that the hotel offers live music every night (except Tuesdays) and that is another reason we love staying there

“Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Guam! The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Excellent value for a beach resort experience. Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guam — we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Guam!”

This hotel was my stopover accommodation after transiting through Guam. It's very close to the airport, about 3 kilometers away, and a 5-minute taxi ride. When departing for the airport in the early morning, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. The room was spacious, but the lighting setup was just okay and not really to my taste.

Originally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

Anonymous UserThe room had an ocean view, and the infinity pool and sunset were beautiful.
Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue.
The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient.
Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own.
All the staff were friendly, and storing luggage before check-in and using the pool were smooth. They also lend towels at the pool, which is very convenient.

KimdohunI booked a suite family room and requested two additional double beds, but I was pleasantly surprised to find four double beds, which was great. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about this being a budget-friendly resort, but our room didn't have any major issues. However, the floor didn't seem to be cleaned very well, and the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, including the toilet. I recommend bringing a shower filter. The room comes with a coffee pot, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and water. There are no overhead lights in the room, so you have to use the bedside lamps.
The pool is about 10 meters long, and the deep end is around 182 cm. I didn't swim because it seemed like the pool wasn't very well maintained.
The location is decent, and they offer luggage storage, but it's just them roping off an area and leaving your bags there.

Ruby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.
Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.
