賓館在城中心，高大上的氣派，房間設施配套齊全，衞生整潔。樓下院內停車場方便安全。早餐品種多，味道不錯，就餐環境好。服務質量優良，周圍吃飯購物的店多，出行也方便，下次再來一定首選。

老城區的中心位置，距離火車站就一個皇澤大橋，應該是老國營賓館（不確定），對面還有一個文創園。酒店內部很老，看得見的老，不過房間內應該裝修過，還不錯，能保持基本的乾淨衞生。早餐真的很難找，真難找就算了，關鍵菜品也一言難盡，7:10過去都冷掉了，這到冬天咋吃。

老牌賓館，地處市鬧，門面大，購物吃飯方便，設施老化，停車倒是方便，早餐配置與老牌賓館不匹配，種類少，沒有雞蛋，不知是我們去得晚還是沒有備。
體驗感不好，衞生不到位，樓道大水桶接空調水，走廊天花板黴斑嚴重，蚊子多，白天黑夜都被咬了幾個包，網速慢，電視壞的，服務和態度還算不錯，一反映給前台，就馬上安排相關人員上門檢查並更換。

離高鐵站近、有停車場，附近吃飯方便，靠近嘉陵江，床品算舒適、但有點潮。房間雖然重新裝修過，但是房間用品老化，熱水量小，這個價格也算還值吧

酒店房間夠大，酒店左前建設路有很多公交車可到南河汽車站(公交車3站)。南河汽車站是去昭化古城的巴士起點站，前往昭化古城很方便。
建設路公交車站(另一方向)可搭15路或20路前往皇澤寺(只要四站)。

房間很乾凈 就是硬件設施老舊的厲害
但是價格特別實惠 離火車站非常近，屬於老城區 附近小吃很多、不遠處還有一家好喝的咖啡館、鳳凰山公園、熊記串串、晚上還可以去江邊散步，太舒服了。
