Exceptional hotel, reception very nice but limited English. Rooms very clean, modern, has gym, laundry, refreshments & snacks at lobby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Guangzhou short or long stay. The only improvement I can suggest is adjust the air conditioning so it doesn't blows straight on you while in bed sleeping. Otherwise perfect hotel.

Great rooms super clean and very upmarket building. Nice views as well of the surroundings As a family with young kids we found the Location is very business centric as it's next to the financial tower, hence hailing a cab is very hard it felt it was far from city centre. Unfortunately for us the staff didn't speak in English, they were warm and friendly but mostly struggled to communicate. The rooms had a full kitchen but not utensils (plate, fork, spoon or knife) it did have a washing machine and a dryer. We were to travel to the whole markets for shipping but it showed it will take 40 odd mins to reach there in a cab and hence couldn't do it as it was our last night in Guangzhou.

Normal hotel for a transit transfer, easy to get from the airport by metro directly to the hotel entrance (look for exit A), 50 minutes on the way from the airport (1 transfer). Yuancun metro station. 2 stops to the central square. small rooms, clean. Our view was of the slum, but it was not a problem. initially it was noisy (they gave us the 2nd floor), then they kindly changed the room to a high floor. thanks to the staff, for this price this is a good option.

The subway is 1 or 2 stops away, and the mall is just outside the station. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are very familiar with the route, and you can learn more from them. The facilities of the newly opened hotel are very new, and the room hygiene is very clean. My family forgot to bring makeup removers when they went out, and the front desk actually prepared makeup remover towels for the guests. It was really thoughtful. When checking in at the front desk, the customer service provided tea. I was very tired from the long journey and drank a cup of hot tea to relieve my fatigue. The front desk also prepared snacks and snacks. While checking in, I told them to enjoy them to fill their stomachs. Although simple, it was very warm. The room can see the Guangzhou Tower, but not all of it. After all, it is some distance away. In addition, the location of the hotel is not directly opposite the Guangzhou Tower, but you can see half of it. It is okay when the lights are on at night. Ideal hotel for canton fair. 1 stop on the metro and easy to get to/from the airport. Great room, air con works well, fantastic shower, always hot and powerful. Nice touches with slippers, gown, fresh fruit, water, kettle and fridge. Comfy bed, no noise from outside honking which is always a plus. My room had no windows but not really an issue as only sleeping there. Special mention to the breakfast and breakfast staff. Very on the ball and constant cleaning. Great spread and choice for western cultures as well as a fresh and vase Chinese selection. Clean and tidy. Nice touch with with cocktails and nibbles upon returning from the fair. Also a bus to and from the fair if you fancied a day off from the busy metro. Would stay again without a doubt.
