⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a very pleasant stay at JI Hotel near Guangzhou South Railway Station. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient if you’re travelling by high-speed rail. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. What impressed me most was the service. The staff really made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would happily stay here again!

The hotel's breakfast buffet was abundant. The lobby was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the rooms were just as well-maintained, clearly showing the staff's dedication. The front desk also offered self-service snacks. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel shuttle driver was particularly enthusiastic. Overall, all the staff were very helpful, and most importantly, the breakfast had a huge variety of options that perfectly suited my taste.

This hotel is located right front of the famous temple大佛寺。A lot famous restaurants are surrounding the hotel including 大鸽饭，陶陶居，东园，小炳胜，银记，民记，莲香楼 and so on. The hotel is at 14th floor, the lobby was in renovated so look messy but the hotel is very clean and new. The lift is quite crowded but about 5 min wait for each time we taken. Room is very clean, no stain, no bad smell and bright. Aircon is well functioned and the highlight point is the bath room. The water pressure from rain shower is very powerful which released my tiredness after bath. The front desk staff is very helpful and provides me a lot travel information. His comment is very truthful and modesty. Her name is 李琳，wish everyone who choose this hotel able to meet her. Breakfast of the hotel are quite choice limited but fresh and delicious. They also provide tea time and supper. I will definitely back to this hotel if I come to Guangzhou again. Recommend this hotel to who come with families.

The service is attentive and personalized, and the management is thoughtful and meticulous. The environment is great, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The room is spacious, and it's close to popular attractions like Beijing Road and Canton Tower, making it easy to get around. There's also parking available. This will be my top choice next time I visit Guangzhou.

My stay at the Guangzhou East Stanton Hotel exceeded all expectations; it definitely deserves a five-star rating! The front desk thoughtfully upgraded me to an Executive King Room free of charge, and there was even a complimentary fresh fruit platter in the room – such attention to detail. The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin; lying down just melted away all my fatigue. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, ensuring overall maximum comfort. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou!!

I chose this hotel for my trip after seeing some good reviews online, and my actual stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is located right above Shipaiqiao D exit, making its location very convenient. It's easy to hail a taxi or use shared bikes, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Parking nearby is also quite convenient. When I checked in, I wasn't sure where to buy some daily necessities, and the front desk staff proactively told me the location of a nearby convenience store and even briefly explained the walking route. Calls to the hotel were answered quickly, and the staff patiently listened to my questions and promptly helped resolve any issues. The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the natural light was good. After closing the windows, the environment was also quite quiet. Drinking water was already placed in the room, showing attention to small details. For this area and price, the conditions are definitely worth it. The overall check-in experience was very smooth, and the staff's thoughtful reminders saved me a lot of trouble. The next time I'm in this area, I'll definitely consider this hotel again, and I hope it continues to maintain its current standards.

The hotel offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack. Breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, afternoon tea from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the late-night snack from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. I found the hotel very convenient; it's close to the Tianhe business district. The room even had a mini-fridge that was well-stocked and good to eat from. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and there's a XiaoDu smart speaker in the room. It's very convenient to get to places like Zhujiang New Town and Canton Tower, just a street away with lots of food options. There's also an Oriental Plaza shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for browsing. The staff even gave me some fighting stickers and a fridge magnet, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hygiene was excellent, and the room attendants always had a smile on their faces – truly wonderful. The room had a complete set of bedding. Parking is very convenient, available on -1 or -2 floors. The hotel also has a laundry room on the fourth floor, which is quite handy, and a gym on the same floor, which is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. What a delightful trip to Guangzhou!

A perfect stay experience. The room style, hotel location, restaurant food – everything was excellent. No other hotel in Guangzhou around the 2k price range can compare. Every day when I returned after a concert, the room had already been cleaned and the turndown service prepared. The pool and jacuzzi experience was also fantastic, and every staff member I encountered was very attentive. The only minor drawback was a slight musty smell in the room carpet, but after I reported it to the hotel, they immediately arranged for two air purifiers. They even helped coil up my charging cables. I love everything about this place. Being able to extend check-out to 2 PM due to a flight delay was a lifesaver. From now on, whenever I come to Guangzhou, I will only choose the Mandarin Oriental.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. It's very close to Nanzhou subway station. The facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's great and convenient for getting around. The kids especially loved that the robot could deliver food to the room.

Pros: _ Location: very good location, right next to Gongyuandian metro. You can use this to access almost anywhere in Guangzhou. _ Cleanliness: the apartment is fairly newly renovated with 2 bedroom & 1 bath, well maintained, so it's quite suitable for big group. _ Pricing: we got it at a very good price for a group of 3 adults & 2 children. I think it's worth every penny. _ Convenience: lift is right up to the apartment, so children can travel without any problem. _ Friendliness: the reception is very welcome and helpful. They let us check out late with small charge. Cons: _ The building exterior is quite old. The lift is also not clean. _ The entrance is a bit difficult to find. You need to walk to the entrance behind the building to access to floor 18, where the reception is located. If you go to any other lift, they only take you to floor 17, then you have to walk up 1 floor. Overall if you are a big group who is looking to find a reasonable stay in Guangzhou, I highly recommend this place. You get what you pay for.
