Guest UserThe room was clean and the bedding was so soft, like sinking into a cloud. It's a 900-meter walk to Renhe subway station, and you can take Line 3 directly to Zhujiang New Town. In the lobby, black tea, green tea, juice, and cookies are available all day, so having a cup of tea while waiting for your ride is really pleasant. For breakfast, they have freshly cooked noodles and vermicelli, which taste great.

Guest UserThis hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There are so many food options downstairs, and Parc Central is right next door, with Taikoo Hui across the street. Grandview Mall is also less than an 8-minute walk away, and the subway station is right at the entrance, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was very clean and tidy, and incredibly quiet, so I slept really well. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with individual doors, and the shower pressure was excellent – that was a real highlight and a pleasant surprise! Another unexpected bonus was the air freshener in the toilet and the delivery robot. The biggest, biggest, BIGGEST plus, though, was at check-in, the front desk proactively told me I could have a late check-out until 2 PM. I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time that's ever happened – they definitely deserve 10 stars! Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be back again.

jacqclariceThis hotel's service and environment definitely exceed 5 stars. Aside from waiting a while for the elevators, there's really nothing else to complain about. I have to say, this is probably the most satisfying hotel we've ever stayed in.
The smart room was clean and spacious, with a large TV and basically everything you could need. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were all very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying, and after washing, the staff even helped us take the clothes out to dry.
They also provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper daily. Breakfast is served until 12 pm, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is located right at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and Big Buddha Temple is visible right outside the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. There's also a small supermarket downstairs and many restaurants nearby.
Ultimately, we extended our stay by two more nights. We even changed our subsequent travel plans just to stay two extra nights. Every day, we were touched by their thoughtful small gestures. I remember one day I bought yogurt back, and the next day I took the room card out when leaving, cutting off the power. When the cleaning lady serviced the room, she even inserted the card to turn on the power and the air conditioning, so the room was always cool when we returned to the hotel. It was really hot in the summer.
Thank you to every staff member at Sino Select for your dedication. It was a pleasure to meet you all. You are truly wonderful! See you next time!

After comparing several hotels, I finally settled on this one and I wasn't disappointed! Its location is the biggest advantage, right next to Shipaiqiao subway station and surrounded by the core business districts of Tianhe, making it convenient for both travel and sightseeing. The room gets plenty of natural light, is clean and bright, and has a great ambiance. The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the staff were enthusiastic, plus the in-room internet was fast. The hotel provides free bottled water, and the attached restaurant is also quite good with a wide variety of dining options. Street-facing rooms might experience a bit of noise, so if that bothers you, you can request an inner room. Both the facilities and services are well-balanced, and the price is affordable, making it suitable for both tourism and short-term stays! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Guest UserWe chose this hotel in the Tianhe business district for our family trip to Guangzhou, and its location was truly a huge plus. It was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the subway, with many malls nearby. This saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with kids, as we didn't have to constantly trek back and forth. The room was quite spacious, so our family never felt cramped. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The mini-fridge in the room was a godsend for families with young children; we could store milk, fruit, and drinks, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The hotel's Lucky robot was a fun novelty, delivering items to our room. It was novel and entertaining, and our child absolutely loved it, staying excited the whole time. The staff were gentle, friendly, attentive, and patient, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, and the common areas were neatly maintained. It's perfect for both family vacations and short trips, with user-friendly facilities and warm service. Our overall stay was relaxing and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tianhe and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

Guest UserOut of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've been captivated by a lobby's blue inverted-triangle chandelier – it immediately caught my eye the moment I walked in. It's so different from the crystal chandeliers you see in many high-end hotels, truly unique. The lobby's aroma was also very pleasant. The room had excellent soundproofing and a grand design. The high-thread-count bedding felt like sleeping on clouds, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – a lifesaver for someone like me with back problems. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, but I was pressed for time this trip and couldn't experience them. What left the deepest impression on me was the freshly cooked noodle station at breakfast; the chef enthusiastically recommended the day's specials. This kind of thoughtful service, treating guests like family, is true luxury. The hotel's parking spaces are also ample, so even new drivers won't have any issues. I'll definitely choose the Eastin Hotel again for my next business trip to Guangzhou.

Guest UserThe overall service experience was excellent. After booking, I was quickly contacted by the front desk, and the staff were incredibly patient in answering all my questions from the moment we arrived until we checked in. The room layout is perfect for families or friends traveling together, featuring two large beds and a spacious sofa that my child particularly loved and chose to sleep on.
The hotel breakfast offers great value for money at just 20 RMB per person. The dishes were well-suited for children's tastes. We had three adults and two children; one child was free, and the other was half-price, making the overall cost very reasonable.
From our room, we could even see the upper part of the Canton Tower, which delighted the children. The location is also superb. After breakfast, we could walk to the Guangzhou Library, Museum, Children's Palace, and Guangzhou Opera House, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
They also gave us two Canton Tower souvenirs, which made the kids very happy! ❤️
