The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and parking was convenient. Check-in was very quick, and the room was quite comfortable. The small details really made an impression; for a mid-range hotel, they went above and beyond with unexpected perks. They offer a free laundry room, complimentary breakfast, and a shuttle service to and from the hotel. There's also coffee in the lobby. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Facilities: Pretty good, the hotel is quite new, and the linens are nice. It looks great at night, and the view is excellent. Hygiene: Very good, quite clean. Environment: Transportation is really convenient, the subway is very close, and there are good places to eat all around. Service: The front desk staff were quite proactive.

The facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

The location of this hotel is undeniable great as it is just walking distance to many eateries and 四海城 also opposite to Wanda shopping mall and many happening places to hang out at night and shop. I choose this hotel because of its location and their good review, the service of the staff at the counter was excellent for the first night when we arrive, they help us to carry our luggage and manage it to the room, we were extremely satisfied for the first night. The location was good and the room was spacious, the ammenities in the room is quite old, the washing machine looks like a 20 years old machine which we turn it on everytime the sounds came out from the toilet looks like the machine is going to breakdown, we had to keep the door close when we use the washing machine. The dryer is located outside of the passage way and we first time seeing the old school dryer with a wardrobe and a hot blower at the bottom to dry the clothes. Anyway we just tolerate as the location was good and the room was clean, until the next day we went down to the lobby and requested the reception to help us to order something and they were kind and helpful and after a favour of helping us they requested us the write a review abt the hotel and I said ok and I will do it the next day when I checkout, We were satisfied even though the facilities was abit old and the fridge was not turn on and our cakes were all spoilt the next day. The next day when we were going to checkout, the same reception staff at the lobby saw us and was smiling and helpful to us and the next moment she again asked if we could write a review now immediately, I say ok and she continue to say that make sure the review has to be 5 star review and if not it will be penalized. I was shocked as even all the old amenities and things in the room I wanted to give a 4 star review with 5 star for the location and 3 star on the amenities as I wanted to have my view to reflect my own experience. Then she continued to explain if the review from me is not 5 star all the staff will be penalized. Then I honesty told her that I apologize and I do not feel that I will give a 5 star rating as I probably do not experience a 5 star service and facilities in the hotel, I would prefer to give a honest review. Then the moment when she heard that, she replied me that in that case pls do not need to review thanks, then I say ok that’s fine and from that onwards they do not smile at us or being helpful to us anymore and it was a total change, we transferred our luggge down the lobby with 5 luggages including boxes, they offer no help at all like the first day, we were waiting at the lobby and when our car arrive we carried the luggages ourselves and they stood at the lobby with no eye contact and no friendly attitude to us even without greeting us like the first day during our arrival or before they request for the review. I felt a very bad experience with the staff who responded to us in that manner just because we are not giving a 5 star review to them, which I honestly felt a review should be an honest opinion to the rest so that it could help travelers like us before validating an accommodation before booking, which is why now I u begin to understand that the review when we read from the hotel before our booking wasn’t genuine and I read all good review with 5 star and hence i booked the hotel at Xena and I didn’t expect that the reviews all came with an dishonest review and I believe this is not something that a traveler needs before they start booking for their next trip. I hope trip.com would be able to filter all the ingenuity of 5 start which came from the pressure of receptionist of the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has a separation between wet and dry areas, there’s a complete range of household appliances, excellent sound insulation, and after a long day of traveling, you can simply lie down and rest, fully alleviating travel fatigue. In particular, I would like to give sincere praise to two staff members: Xiao Qiu at the front desk, who was highly efficient in handling check-in and check-out procedures, with a gentle and patient demeanor. She provided detailed explanations about the hotel’s facilities and breakfast times. She also proactively recommended local attractions and culinary routes. When we had questions, she responded promptly and kindly throughout our stay. Lucky, the room service staff, worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring daily cleanliness was thorough. He promptly replenished amenities and even tidied up the workspace when we brought personal items with us. He was low-key yet professional. The breakfast menu was diverse, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western flavors. The housekeeping and security personnel were courteous as well. The entire hotel’s service lacked the impersonal, assembly-line feel, demonstrating genuine care in every aspect. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would choose this place again when visiting this city in the future. I also recommend it to fellow travelers.lucky 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Extremely convenient location, just a short walk to the subway. The room was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was attentive, and the hot water supply was stable. It's well-equipped and offers great value for money. This is my top choice when visiting Haizhu, and I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is ideal, very close to Park Front Metro Station, just a 7–8 minute walk from B2. This makes transportation incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The manager and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is a thoughtful service, allowing us to explore further without our bags. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I was extremely satisfied with my overall stay at this hotel, it definitely deserves a five-star rating. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's very close to Pazhou, near Keyun Road metro station, just an 8-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. In the evenings, you can even take a walk along the Pearl River to enjoy the river views. The room decor is tasteful and elegant, with a modern minimalist style that still feels cozy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleaning was very thorough, ensuring a neat and clean environment. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the chef enthusiastically recommended dishes, which showed great care. The heated pool wasn't crowded, making for a very comfortable night swim. The hotel's location, room facilities, and hygiene standards all exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay at the East Stanton Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

The place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

Arrived late (930pm) at the hotel and was welcomed by the receptionist. My ******* delivery also arrived concurrently and the receptionist kindly kept it for me. Was asking him about those parcels hahaha very kind of them to keep them for incoming guests! Appreciated the shuttle bus service to the airport. Very timely. Thank you again.
