Guangzhou Hotels with Parking

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. I stayed here for several days and everything was great. They offer a free shuttle service to Baiyun Airport, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hygiene was good, making for a worry-free stay. The hotel's location is super easy to find, right at a main intersection which is very convenient. The lobby even provides juice and biscuits, which was a thoughtful touch to snack on while waiting for transportation.

住得非常开心，下一次回广州一定考虑这家酒店。Very happy with this hotel stay as we wanted to close to my sister staying at Fraser Suite located less than 100m away from Yi Zhi. The hotel gifted us daily breakfast upon check in which was a nice gesture. The breakfast selection was very decent and coffee was good. Our bed was good, room not much of a view as we faced the back but it also meant a quiet room. The bathroom amenities all very good. This hotel is good value for money. 酒店性价比很高。

The location of this hotel is undeniable great as it is just walking distance to many eateries and 四海城 also opposite to Wanda shopping mall and many happening places to hang out at night and shop. I choose this hotel because of its location and their good review, the service of the staff at the counter was excellent for the first night when we arrive, they help us to carry our luggage and manage it to the room, we were extremely satisfied for the first night. The location was good and the room was spacious, the ammenities in the room is quite old, the washing machine looks like a 20 years old machine which we turn it on everytime the sounds came out from the toilet looks like the machine is going to breakdown, we had to keep the door close when we use the washing machine. The dryer is located outside of the passage way and we first time seeing the old school dryer with a wardrobe and a hot blower at the bottom to dry the clothes. Anyway we just tolerate as the location was good and the room was clean, until the next day we went down to the lobby and requested the reception to help us to order something and they were kind and helpful and after a favour of helping us they requested us the write a review abt the hotel and I said ok and I will do it the next day when I checkout, We were satisfied even though the facilities was abit old and the fridge was not turn on and our cakes were all spoilt the next day. The next day when we were going to checkout, the same reception staff at the lobby saw us and was smiling and helpful to us and the next moment she again asked if we could write a review now immediately, I say ok and she continue to say that make sure the review has to be 5 star review and if not it will be penalized. I was shocked as even all the old amenities and things in the room I wanted to give a 4 star review with 5 star for the location and 3 star on the amenities as I wanted to have my view to reflect my own experience. Then she continued to explain if the review from me is not 5 star all the staff will be penalized. Then I honesty told her that I apologize and I do not feel that I will give a 5 star rating as I probably do not experience a 5 star service and facilities in the hotel, I would prefer to give a honest review. Then the moment when she heard that, she replied me that in that case pls do not need to review thanks, then I say ok that’s fine and from that onwards they do not smile at us or being helpful to us anymore and it was a total change, we transferred our luggge down the lobby with 5 luggages including boxes, they offer no help at all like the first day, we were waiting at the lobby and when our car arrive we carried the luggages ourselves and they stood at the lobby with no eye contact and no friendly attitude to us even without greeting us like the first day during our arrival or before they request for the review. I felt a very bad experience with the staff who responded to us in that manner just because we are not giving a 5 star review to them, which I honestly felt a review should be an honest opinion to the rest so that it could help travelers like us before validating an accommodation before booking, which is why now I u begin to understand that the review when we read from the hotel before our booking wasn’t genuine and I read all good review with 5 star and hence i booked the hotel at Xena and I didn’t expect that the reviews all came with an dishonest review and I believe this is not something that a traveler needs before they start booking for their next trip. I hope trip.com would be able to filter all the ingenuity of 5 start which came from the pressure of receptionist of the hotel.

I was so lucky to book this hotel for my business trip to Tianhe Commercial District! The location is absolutely perfect; it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, which made getting around super efficient. The hotel lobby is decorated in a simple yet grand style, and it's kept very clean and bright. The overall atmosphere upon entering is really comfortable, not at all stuffy. They even have robots that can deliver items and water, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the front desk – it's really smart and convenient. The room itself is very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. The facilities are also comprehensive, and the most thoughtful touch is the mini-fridge. It's so practical for storing drinks and fruits, especially when staying in the summer. The staff's service attitude is excellent, and they are very efficient. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful; even though it's in a bustling commercial area, you can't hear any outside noise in the room. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. This hotel has definitely been added to my regular list, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Tianhe.

This ECharm Hotel near Nanzhou Subway Station was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, making getting around a breeze. The room was meticulously clean, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet, and the price was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and definitely worth coming back to.

The hotel's location is ideal, very close to Park Front Metro Station, just a 7–8 minute walk from B2. This makes transportation incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The manager and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is a thoughtful service, allowing us to explore further without our bags. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Both the location and service quality were excellent. It's a hotel I'd definitely recommend. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've been captivated by a lobby's blue inverted-triangle chandelier – it immediately caught my eye the moment I walked in. It's so different from the crystal chandeliers you see in many high-end hotels, truly unique. The lobby's aroma was also very pleasant. The room had excellent soundproofing and a grand design. The high-thread-count bedding felt like sleeping on clouds, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – a lifesaver for someone like me with back problems. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, but I was pressed for time this trip and couldn't experience them. What left the deepest impression on me was the freshly cooked noodle station at breakfast; the chef enthusiastically recommended the day's specials. This kind of thoughtful service, treating guests like family, is true luxury. The hotel's parking spaces are also ample, so even new drivers won't have any issues. I'll definitely choose the Eastin Hotel again for my next business trip to Guangzhou.

The place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

Excellent service. Fast check in. Free luggage storage service. Nice swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Clean change rooms. Good selection and variety of food at restaurant for mainland and foreign travellers. Close to airport, convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Environmentaly conscious and simple interior design of guest rooms. Will definitely return on my next trip

Super convenient for exploring the city 🚇 🏢 Room: Stayed on the 36th floor (highest level) – the view was absolutely stunning! 🌃 Room looks modern and very clean. 🧺 Amenities: Loved the mini fridge, washing machine AND dryer in-room 🧼👕 – so practical for longer stays! 🪳 One downside: Unfortunately spotted a cockroach during my stay, which was disappointing. But it was taken care of by the cleaner. Otherwise, this would easily be a 10/10! Overall: Great value, amazing view & facilities – just hope the hygiene issue gets addressed. Would still recommend with a small caution. ✨
