GGuest UserThe washing machine comes with a dryer, the mattress is super comfortable, and the hygiene is top-notch. Downstairs, there are two subway lines that make it incredibly convenient to get to Canton Tower and Beijing Road, offering great value for money. Plus, the weather in Guangzhou was fantastic during my visit, perfect timing! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town!

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and had a great overall experience. The room was clean and spacious with complete facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient; it's within walking distance to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. It's also very lively at night. The butler's service was excellent; they responded quickly to any issues we had. This place offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Li Tu Apartment and it exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, with excellent service. The location is super convenient, close to the subway station, making it easy to visit attractions like Canton Tower and Shamian Island. My family and I had a fantastic time! It's great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou.
Also, a package arrived after I checked out because of a delivery delay. The front desk went above and beyond to help me arrange for it to be couriered to my specified address.

XXiaobingbing855I was a bit hesitant when booking, as I saw a negative review mentioning an unclean bathroom floor. However, since it was right next to the company I was visiting for business, I still decided to book this hotel. Worried about not finding the entrance, I contacted the front desk in advance. They were very patient and even sent me the location. Upon arrival, I found it easy to locate; the front desk is on the 5th floor. Check-in was quick, and I casually inquired about the negative review. The front desk explained that the bathrooms had been renovated before the summer, and all previous issues had been addressed. I arrived quite early, and when I checked in, the cleaning lady had just finished mopping, so the floor was still a bit damp. The bed linen and duvet covers are changed for each guest and were very clean. The room itself was also comfortable and tidy, not nearly as bad as described in the negative review.

RRina LokWe booked a Executive 2 bedrooms and stayed for a week, location is convenient with amenities around and connected to mall beside. There are 2 malls nearby although it’s further away from city centre but overall is quite convenient to go around by didi. The front desk service is ok needs improvement especially when it comes to help with parcel service and food delivery. I have travelled to other cities in China usually front desk are very helpful when it comes to these.

It's located right next to the Rezen Hotel, and if you walk 7-8 minutes behind the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, which is quite convenient. The complimentary breakfast needs to be claimed before 8 AM; otherwise, it's forfeited. It's just a cup of instant noodles, which is fine. Other than being a bit old, the room has no other issues.
