GGuest UserThe room I booked was unavailable. After waiting for half an hour, they gave me a cheaper standard room instead. The hotel didn't even communicate this with me, the booker; they only spoke to my wife and didn't tell her the truth. They claimed my child was trying to get free breakfast, but my booking clearly included breakfast for the child. This is outright fraud. The hygiene was unbelievable; when we entered the room, there were still cosmetics left by the previous guest in the bathroom. The pillows and disposable toiletries were missing from the room, and we had to request them from housekeeping. This stay was an extremely poor experience. I've uploaded comparison photos of my booking and the actual room, so everyone can see for themselves.

GGuest UserBefore coming here, I read a lot of posts criticizing the service, but personally, I found the service to be absolutely amazing, not nearly as bad as what I'd read. Someone opened the car door and took my luggage upon arrival, and all the staff I encountered along the way greeted me with a smile. The front desk staff were also very kind and patient. The hotel is incredibly quiet; even with my room right next to the elevator, I didn't hear any outside noise. When leaving, they thoughtfully escorted me to my car, helped with my luggage, and even closed the car door for me. As long as I'm in Guangzhou for a night, I wouldn't stay anywhere but the Rosewood.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this hotel, and even though it was only for one day, I was quite impressed overall. It's the kind of place where you gradually appreciate the service; it's not the fast-food style service of the new era. Beyond that, the convenient location, the room environment, and the excellent service from Xiao Hui, along with the hotel's value-added services, all contributed to my growing fondness for the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay and a somewhat rare opportunity, as my business trip destination led me to choose Mehood Lestie Hotel near Guangzhou East Railway Station.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's less than a three to four-minute walk from Exit B of Guangzhou East Railway Station's subway, and it's also very close to the high-speed rail. This was definitely one of the reasons I chose it for my trip. The service from hotel staff member Krystal was also excellent.
Besides the crucial location, another reason I chose Mehood Lestie Hotel is its proximity to Guangzhou East Railway Station, which makes travel very convenient from there. It's about a six to seven-minute walk from the East Station to the hotel. Plus, recently, its overall value for money has been quite high. The room facilities and amenities are quite comprehensive: a mini-fridge, hairdryer, a three-pronged charger, two sets of pajamas, disposable slippers and regular slippers, hangers, and an ashtray are all provided. There's also a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant. On the desk, you'll find tea bags, coffee sachets, water glasses, an electric kettle, and mineral water – all fully equipped. The TV is very large, integrated into the wall paneling, with a responsive remote control, clear picture quality, and pleasant sound – truly excellent. You can lie back and read a book or newspaper. Overall, the room is very spacious.

DDavChanRoom & bathroom clean. Room big, clean & tidy. Location good - about 400m to Renhe Metro Station (line3). Western & Chinese breakfast reasonably good. A lot of eating shops and restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Mark helped me to book 6 seater DiDi with my phone to Railway station (I almost book the wrong vehicle) - thanks to Mark for helping me to correct the situation. Airport transfer available and on time. A friendly General Manger (a lady) of the hotel came to chat with us at the breakfast room. Overall very happy with our stay.

Having traveled extensively across Canada and other parts of the world, I can confidently say that this property—and more importantly, its staff (Maimai)—sets a new gold standard in hospitality.
They accommodated our request to use the gym during extended hours at their inconvenience, allowed use of their lounges while moving their other reservations around.

AAnonymous UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is right by Keyun Road, and getting to Pazhou is just a bridge away. There's plenty of parking, which is super convenient, and it's free for guests. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm, 'welcome home' feeling. The lobby has a great design, and the fragrance is delightful. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and since it was Valentine's Day, they even gave us a small gift. The room view was excellent, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness details were impeccable. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. I especially want to praise the service; every staff member smiled, greeted guests proactively, and responded to requests incredibly fast. This is definitely a five-star hotel. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is my top choice. I will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThis is my third stay at the Hilton Dinglong. I initially chose it because many of my friends found its location convenient and public transport easily accessible. I even stayed here just two months after it opened. Back then, my experience was like paying for an Atour, All Seasons, or Xana hotel but receiving full international star-level service. In 2023, I brought friends from the north to experience Guangzhou's historical charm and culinary delights, and we mostly stayed around Xiguan. Before heading back to Meizhou, we stayed one night here, and they said it was the most comfortable night they had in Guangzhou. This time, I was even more pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful; I wasn't hungry at all for lunch, which saved me money and precious time. This stay was made even better by the duty manager, Bao Qiankun. His service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Knowing I enjoy inviting friends to taste European-standard yellow tea, he proactively upgraded me to a suite for free. I had originally only planned for a short one-day stay but ended up extending it by another day. He even helped courier a forgotten item back to my home free of charge. It truly feels like I met someone genuinely kind and enthusiastic. I wish him all the best in his endeavors!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful seven-night stay at Citynote Xinuo, Tiyu Xilu. The amenities were excellent, and having access to a washing machine and dryer was a great bonus. The room was comfortable and equipped with all the basic necessities. However, the family room we stayed in for the entire week had a very small window.
The piping noise was quite loud at times, and whenever guests in the neighboring room showered or turned on the water, a noticeable sound could be heard. Aside from this, we had wonderful good nights rest thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows!
Our stay included daily breakfast, but on a few occasions when we went later around 10 a.m., most of the food had already run out and was not replenished.
The checkout service provided by 小周 was a great way to end our stay and left us with a positive impression for what we hope will be many future trips to Guangzhou. The hotel also offers luggage storage before and after checkout, which was very convenient. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in Guangzhou!

GGuest UserThe river view room offered a nice view, and the breakfast was excellent. A big plus was having both an outdoor and an indoor pool, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was that our room felt a bit old, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave two pony toys to the kids.

It's super convenient for getting around, with the subway and bus stops less than 200 meters away. There are also shopping malls, pedestrian streets, wholesale markets, regular markets, a pier, and a public square nearby. The service was excellent, and the room was fully equipped with everything we needed. The superior rooms even have balconies. I forgot to take pictures!
