Superb location. Easy to access to the convention hall and near to mrt. Convenience store and F&B area all within walking distance. Room is big and bed very comfortable. Great place to rest and relax after a long and taxing day.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. Special kudos to iPio (Zhu) for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. They provided our child with toiletries and slippers, and even surprised us with a fresh fruit platter. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! We'll definitely return if we're ever in Guangzhou again.

Xueli Xiaolin's service is very good. The free parking lot is very convenient. The free luggage storage is very considerate. The breakfast is rich and the afternoon tea is delicious. High cost performance, highly recommended. Clean and beautiful environment. A bowl of noodles at night: delicious and rich. Afternoon tea for two: very good.

The service apartment is not in good condition, the kitchen facilities was old and the cabinets were peeling. The shower tiles does not fit properly and pops out. However the pool at the W hotel is nice. The service apartment quality is not the same as the usual W hotel. Service was good but beware of the tour services the hotel concierge will help book. Not really worth the price for the quality and service: the hotel pick up service was rushed and driver did not on the air conditioning so everyone was uncomfortable. Better to take the premium didi than the hotel transfer.

Until now I see it as one of the best options in Guangzhou, The location itself is very great.. You have the whole star river around you by walking.. multiple shopping stores and restaurants around you inside star river resort. Only one disappointed point, the swimming pool is not only for hotel users. So you will see it very crowded and noisey with a lot of children.
