It's worth the price, but there's nowhere to park. The room was quite clean, and the facilities were complete, although the bathroom wasn't very clean and the ventilation wasn't great.

Health is not the same, although the boss is on the scene to do health, the room is very stuffy, want to open the window to breathe, the result is dust, the advantage of the living room space is large enough, the kitchen can also cook, close to the D exit of the Yuancun subway station, the order is basically difficult to cancel, unless you find customer service or boss to negotiate

I had been previuosly and now its totally diferent... all reformed .... clean and well located. Congratulations to the owner ... he made a good change

The girls' room is super tidy, and the roommates are all very nice. The bathrooms are especially great; there are four toilets, two showers, and a fifth one—a laundry room. The kitchen is also nice. I really like the atmosphere here; there's a large living room with a big table, where you can use your computer, chat, and relax.

I was visiting the Canton fair from Australia, and because I had not pre booked, there were only very few hotels available. Everything was booked out. So I booked this room for 5 nights it's a very basic bed toilet shower, clean towels, no room cleaning, no fridge, and bed was hard. I hate hard beds, but it wasn't too bad i managed to get sleep. The location is a family neighbourhood and lots of local restaurants and shops eat food at very cheap prices. I paid $135 AUD for 5 nights, so the price was good. The neighbourhood vibe is very safe, mostly families and elderly. Didi to city $10 Canton fair $8

Hi to everyone , here is a service wise ,by owners and servants are very good manner with humans. In one word, except communication, everything is nice. This we can manage with translation device.Rooms are very clean . Bed sheets pillows you will see pure white. And this hotel is walkable distance from 2nd workers cultural palace metro station. Room rent also I felt comfortable. With no doubts you and family join this Hotel.

If you want to do business, and want to meet up with others business people internationally This is a hidden gem spot. I'm from Singapore to scout for business while on 30 days visa. The boss is friendly and helps to keep parcels delivery. If you Don't understand English, call up the boss, he will pick you up from the station. If you want to have local a feel and want to understand more about the local culture of Guangzhou. This could be a good place to start with.

Omg ,everything is great from location to place to the comfort to the clean , the owner is so so so great you will never see someone kind and good like her, she is so helpful and helped me too much time , i get cold one day she went and bought me the medicine , and she gave me fruits every day , and eggs and she said i will treat you there , she is one of the best she will make your trip so good and will make you need to stay more in china cause she is so kind and will help you in everything with her kinds and her pleasure, thank you so much and hope to see you again in egypt or china thanks alot ❤️ Recommend this place with no doubt (100%) should stay there

The location is super good. It's in a residential building. The North Tower is the landmark. It's easy to find. You can call the front desk to pick you up when you arrive. There are bus stops and subway stations right outside. There are many charging sockets, fast WIFI, hot water, and plastic slippers. What else do you want at this price?
