I like this hotel cause he design is amazing the room is spacious the bathroom specially the closet is automatic the bed is comfy They have cute robot send anything to your room The most favorite this hotel is beside shopping mall and MRT , they have connecting door between your hotel and mall , just walk through and you find MCD, BreadTalk, go to basement and they have supermarket, and so many good and delicious restaurant, go down again they connect to MRT GANGDING (line 3 orange) Exit A (easy to go everywhere), and remember if you go EXIT C you will find electronic mall then find lift to go level 4 you will find most famous dimsum restaurants 点都德

I really chose the right hotel this time. I am most satisfied with its location. Although it takes 27 minutes to walk to Guangzhou Tower, there are many fast food restaurants and 711 downstairs, including McDonald's, KFC, and many delicious breakfast restaurants. You can see Guangzhou Tower directly from the hotel elevator and downstairs. The hotel is very new and clean, and the service is very considerate. I stayed in the hotel with two children and each child was given a toothbrush and slippers. The twin rooms can be put together to become a large double room. The projector is also very large, and the children can watch cartoons first-class. I am most satisfied with the hotel I chose this time. I really give this hotel 100 points! !

The hotel location is good, close to metro station but not close to 珠江新城, my room size doesn’t has a desk to work, the shampoo botols is sky high attached in the bathroom (not easy to take) but they have alternatives. Good thing is they have excellent service staff but the downside is there’s no room phone, only can communicate via WeChat.

I stayed for 2 nights in an executive room, expecting a more comfortable and well-maintained environment, but was quite disappointed. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell, which continued to linger throughout my stay despite opening the toilet window. The hallway and bathroom also had a similar musty odour that made the experience uncomfortable. The flooring are tile, sofa dirt stain everywhere and the bathroom showed visible signs of rust and poor maintenance. For an executive room at a higher price point, I had expected much better standards. Unfortunately, the overall condition felt like an old resort that had seen heavy usage over the years without proper upkeep. Definitely not the experience I had hoped for.

The hotel location quite good, near to the subway station and the shopping just opposite to the road. The hotel are clean, but the room cleaning for the consecutive stays not thorough enough, could have more detail check on it The room service tag quite interesting, Chinese meaning DO NOT CLEAN, but English is the opposite meaning. While the delay check out did happen, but the key card not follow, will have to improve this area. Overall experience is ok and acceptable.

My first priority when selecting the hotel was the location. It’s near the Guangzhou south railway station and the surrounding area is not crowded and quite peaceful. Although it can be a bit far from the main areas where u want to shop. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We got complimentary breakfast for 2, fruits and even some other snacks. Felt very welcomed.  The breakfast option although, was limited. I wish there were some halal food options or at least more vegetarian options.  The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bed was big enough for a person. They provided all the necessities. Their hairdryer and the iron was amazing!!!! The view was good too. Had a comfortable sleep. However, there were no locks available for the toilet and shower room.  Lastly, we will miss the hotel robot the most. It was the cutest little thing 🫶🏻🫶🏻.

Very good hotel. The rooms are very nice and also have a view of the city. For the price I am very satisfied, plus the bed was really big and comfortable. Other hotels in this area, at a similar price did not have windows in the room. The neighborhood is nice in the old Cantonese style. The hotel reception was very friendly, they have difficulty speaking English (like most places in China) but it is not a problem because they take their time and translate with their phone. Funny thing, the toilet is super modern with seat detection (heating and flushing automatically), I was surprised 😅 (Note: Reception is on the 4th floor)

When you draw open the curtains in the morning, the 5-meter-long floor-to-ceiling soundproof glass windows will let in all the morning light from the tower. The tower is coated with gold in the morning light, like a giant harp standing on the skyline. When night falls, the silhouette of the flying eaves of the Chigang Tower and the streamlined neon lights of the Guangzhou Tower interweave on the glass curtain wall. The magical picture of 600 years of folded time and space becomes a private art exhibition exclusively for the window. 2. A living philosophy that interweaves technology and warmth In the guest rooms, the ”Xiaodu” intelligent control system incorporates poetry into daily details. With just a whisper, the curtains slowly unfold like a stage curtain, bringing the magnificent skyline of Zhujiang New Town before your eyes. Kohler's cloud-top massage bathtub is stunning, with constant temperature bubbles wrapped in colorful atmosphere lights. It feels like you are immersed in a galaxy dotted with stars, and when you look up you can see the neon lights of the slender waist. The zero-pressure memory foam mattress is like a cloud that can read minds, gently supporting the curves of the body and allowing people to fall into a weightless dream under the watchful eyes of the ancient and modern twin towers. 3. Human warmth in details The service at the inn is as attentive and considerate as Lingnan morning tea. The front desk staff always has the friendly smile unique to Cantonese people, turning the check-in procedure into a ceremony like serving a cup of welcoming tea. The Mickey-patterned bedding in the parent-child room hides the magic of childlike innocence, and the room is cleaned three times a day to ensure that the space always remains as fresh as when you first saw it. The most unforgettable day was when a rainstorm suddenly hit. The housekeeper silently placed a reminder card for drying clothes and ginger tea at the entrance. This non-disturbing care was more heartwarming than the night view outside the floor-to-ceiling window. I especially appreciated the service of the innkeeper Xiao Yang, who sent a plate of snacks and fresh fruits to the guest room. They also introduced the nearby scenery and routes in a warm manner, and even introduced the nearby delicacies in detail. It is a down-to-earth and cost-effective food street, and they explained it very patiently. The hotel takes guests into consideration and gives them a sense of happiness and belonging, making them feel at home. 4. Immersive experience of framed landscape art The 180° unobstructed viewing window is a carefully designed frame that creates a picturesque scene in the morning, evening, sunshine or rainy day. I love leaning against the bay window in the afternoon, watching the shadows of the clouds passing through the steel structure of the tower, while the aroma of hand-brewed coffee and the metallic luster of the tower linger in the air. The specially designed angled mirror in the bathroom reflects the tower view in multiple dimensions, turning bathing time into an installation art experience that interweaves time and space. When the blues moment of the last day arrived, the warm yellow outline lights of the Chigang Tower and the colorful beams of the Guangzhou Tower whispered in the river breeze, and I suddenly understood: the so-called perfect journey is nothing more than finding a place where landmarks can become the background of life. Youliya Inn uses its floor-to-ceiling windows as canvases and the evening breeze of the Pearl River as brush and ink to paint a memory of Guangzhou that is ”within the reach of the clouds” in the hearts of every traveler. This is probably the most romantic interpretation of modern urban living - our relationship with the city does not have to be that of a hasty admirer, but a confidant with whom we can fall asleep in each other's arms.

This stay was really great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The lady at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and a great view. The hotel's breakfast was rich in variety and tasted great. Special thanks to the front desk team for their thoughtful service, which made our trip more enjoyable! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and it is located very conveniently next to a few malls. The room comes with projector and there’s also a 24/7 chat service where you can arrange laundry, ask for any recommendations around the area as well as book hair treatment services at the hotel itself, highly worth it! 🙌🏻♥️
