I left valuables and even money in the room (intended as tips for housekeeping), but they never took it, which speaks volumes about their integrity. On my last day, I unfortunately had a fall in the room—entirely my fault—but the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped me out and made sure I was okay, which I deeply appreciated. Overall, this hotel is worth every cent. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and a genuine commitment to hospitality makes it a standout experience. Highly recommend!

But its quite far from the Guangzhou Airport hahaha Anyway, the hotel is good. Need some staff which can speaking english.
