It was a HUGE disappointment. My experience was a total chaos and disgusting. I booked for 3 nights, after staying for one night I decided to cancel the remaining nights. Here are the reasons:
1. This property is NOT connected with Marriott.
2. The photos you see online are NOT REAL. It is simply FALSE advertised.
3. The room the property gave me was on the 21st floor. It was noisy because the other guests from the other room were drinking.
4. The room was awfully disgusting. It is dirty and smells funny.
5. There were no bed warmers, it's like sleeping on top of metal springs.
6. The room cleaning service is SUPER BAD! The room was dirty, floors have mud marks or something.
7. The walls are even dirtier than the floor.
8. There was a used tissue paper next to the bed and an open water bottle.
9. The toilet flush leaks whenever you use it.
10. Bathroom is moldy and rusty.
11. The hotel is hard to find. They don't even have their own reception area but a make up office in one of the room.
12. The a.c. is old. It's like a car engine. It smells old too.
Total experience. 1/10. 1 point for the kind staff.

Very disgusting floor and smell..Didnt clean properly.Booked it because writted "marriott brand'".Luckily just need to stay one night.

The room is located upstairs in an office building, with a good environment and convenient transportation. There is a subway station next door. The service attitude is very good. The Wi-Fi is not working, but it can be solved in time. It is a duplex. When there is no water, I asked for two bottles and they were delivered quickly. I also delayed check-out until 3 o'clock for free. I will come again next time.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She helped me store my luggage before I checked in. The check-out was very quick. Although the hotel is right by the road, the room was very quiet. It was raining almost all the time when I came to Guangzhou this time. Fortunately, the room had laundry and drying facilities. It was really considerate [smiley face][smiley face] The sanitation was very clean and the service was very thoughtful!
