房內陳設老舊污穢，牆傢俬全是點點漬，廚櫃爛，木門已潰爛, 地板還黏黏的，洗手間像公廁，床不好睡, 冷氣長期定在25度, 不能調， 床上有昆蟲屍體， 估計由冷氣噴出，地板上有曱甴爬走，毛巾都是黃的，不敢用，整夜睡不好，不要住，已交照騙稅
