location is very good and just walking distance to the mall and the pier for the boat trip at night.
Room is tidy and clean with 2 double beds which can accommodate 4 people comfortable.
The decorations of the room is nice and with a good view to the river
Owner is helpful and provide a lot of support via telephone and wechat

住了那麼多酒店民宿，這是衞生最乾淨的一家！微潔癖的我太滿意了！
1、衞生乾淨：不僅是看着乾淨，不常用的地方也摸不到什麼灰塵，小朋友穿襪子在地板上跑來跑去腳底板也沒怎麼臟。
2、位置絕佳：離地鐵站6號線很近，去景點方便，北京路、天字碼頭走路就到了，打開窗就是珠江美景。民宿在一個小商場上面，吃飯也不錯，路對面的蒸武門也好吃實惠！
3、服務貼心：洗漱用品各種牌子都有，常備葯、雨傘、一次性紙杯、衣架都備全了，還有老闆自己做的旅遊攻略和提醒事項，整合了小紅書推薦和老闆的本地經驗。晚上十點過娃吐在被子上了，老闆也也很快響應和處理，而且一開始不肯收賠付費用，在我再三堅持下才收下的，人真的特別好！
4、價格實惠：國慶期間找北京路附近的住宿時，看得起的價格貴（差評也不少，感覺不值），價格便宜點的評分不行。偶然發現這家符合2間套房的需求，一個差評也沒有，價格還便宜，抱着懷疑的態度訂了，結果物超所值！孩子一進房間就説像家裡一樣，到處跑興奮到不行。
總而言之，老闆是真的用心做民宿的，評論裏全是好評是因為她值得！

這次是因為家裡裝修的緣故，帶着三衹小狗入住數天，沒想到這家公寓有個寶藏管家，超級細心，人美心善，我自己帶的狗窩被小狗尿濕了，原本想着不要了扔垃圾袋放門口，結果管家給我洗乾淨了送回來，太暖心了！這個舉動讓我十分感動🥲本來廣州能帶寵物住的公寓就不多，能遇到這麼好的管家為數不多，大家如果帶寵物入住，我十分推薦這家公寓！

房主給予詳細的自助入住訊息，訊息即時回覆且有幫助. 整棟公寓應大半是日租套房，公寓有些年紀外觀和房間設施都較為老舊，但房間整體維持得不錯.
床太軟適合喜歡睡軟床的人，麪街景，隔音不錯但深夜睡時會聽到疑似冷氣壓縮及的低鳴聲，但不影響睡眠.
推薦喜歡想像家一般住宿的旅客.

房間明亮、整潔、空間很大；還有冰箱和洗衣機（帶烘乾功能）烘乾2小時不大夠，想洗衣服最好早點洗，多留時間烘乾，或烘乾完再放房間晾一晚上。
