Fantastic stay in this great area provided with many local food around. This was redesigned and rebuilt in the signature old Xiguan building which is more intimate and comfortable than staying in the hotel nearby. I booked three rooms with my friends and were very excited when we checked in. All of them have balconies or rooftops, and we could feel the local atmosphere of Yongxingfang. The B&B has a coffee shop on the first floor. The owner and employees are nice, they even invited us for free coffee. The waffles are delicious as well. The rooms smell nice as soon as you open the door, and the appliances and facilities inside are carefully selected, which may be more complete than those in a hotel. All in all, staying at Yongqingyue during the Christmas trip to Guangzhou was a pleasant experience. Definitely will come back again!

Very nice and cozy room, a lot of shops and restaurants around this area! Host is very helpful too! there was a construction work at mid night, we called host to deal with it and host gave us response immediately. Thank you!

The website says 30-35 square meters, but it's only 20 square meters. The room is quite small, no TV or refrigerator. There is a balcony but there are gaps in the door. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes, and you have to sleep with them. If you book a room, you must pay attention to the detailed address, because there is no sign, and the storefront is a coffee shop. You have to check to find out that it is a private house.

The room is not big and simply furnished. There is a coffee shop downstairs and guests upstairs need to swipe the door card to go upstairs. It is relatively safe. It is in Yongqingfang. This price is a bargain for the location.
