We have very good experience staying in this hotel. Check in is a breeze. They also give us late checkout. The receptionist is very helpful and patience with all our questions. My friend rented a powerbank and it is still billing after return. The reception help us call up the company to get the refund.
The room is quite big. There have a few USB charging point so we do not need to use plug.
This hotel is in a neighbourhood, within walking distance to good food. A few yum cha restaurant nearby. We are spoilt with choices.

Room Experience: My first room was completely unacceptable - it didn't match my booking (not a smart room), had terrible privacy issues with visible adjacent windows, and a broken phone. Since the hotel was fully booked, I had to wait until the next day to change rooms. Thankfully, the second room was the "Smart Superior Room" I originally booked, complete with the Xiao Du smart system and proper amenities.
Location: Perfectly situated, steps from train station - line 1 , surrouded by malls and eateries. Ideal for convenience and dining.
Cleanliness: Unacceptable. Daily cleaning was inconsistent – missed spots, empty shampoo bottle on arrival. Live cockroach in bathroom on final day! Staff response was shocking: "That’s normal, happens once in a while." Absolutely inexcusable – basic hygiene is non-negotiable for any hotel.
Service: Needs Serious Improvement. Unprofessional handling of issues, especially the cockroach incident. Staff clearly lack proper training in customer service and accountability.
Facilities: Functional but only one elevator – long waits during peak times.
Overall: Great location & decent room (after switching), but ruined by filth and apathetic staff. Would not recommend unless management enforces strict cleanliness protocols and retrains staff.

Hotel location is great . Walking distance to Shangxiajiu Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. Hotel is clean and offers simple breakfast.

This local hotel chain is located at the heart of Liwan district which is ideal for roaming around for local foods.
The main issue is that the room does not come with a fridge and there is no ice-maker machine either in the hotel.
If you want to a cold drink or beer, you need to go to 7-11 store nearby to buy a cup of ices for RMB4!

I stayed for 5 nights..I enjoyed the stay
I could see everyone is trying very hard to give every guest a good staying experience
From front desk to cafe, to housekeeping 阿姨。。everyone is hardworking
Location..just a few mins walk to metro and eateries in older part of Guangzhou which I love
At this price point..it is a good stay

Stayed here for 4 nights. Overall the cleanliness is good and location is near to the Shangxijiu Pedestrian Street and close to the MRT station. Like the service here as the staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good variety for the price
