感覺房間裝修設計很好看很喜歡。設施真的很完善很細節，有晾衣架，座椅，沙發，大電視。衞生整體還不錯，但是可以繼續加強。整體民宿在三樓。位置不難找，但是環境很舒服。整座樓層都比較有氛圍。

地理位置極好，房間裝修極棒，店家服務極正，周邊全是老字號食肆，出門隨便吃，房東回覆響應非常及時，用品齊全，乾淨衞生，指引清晰，還有很多貼心提示。我們唯一忽略的是樓梯問題，行李箱比較大會有點吃力，如果沒有有力的旅伴同行，要想點辦法，但房間體驗超值。

十分中心的廣州老城區風貌， 幾步路到永慶坊和上下九， 地鐵需要多走幾步。周圍十分多餐館老字號，和服裝，各種店鋪。 喜歡老城區風格的可以入手。
設施：有浴缸🛁，很寬敞， 床比較舒服，
衞生：收拾的很乾凈，看不到任何雜物
環境：市中心，吃喝本地味濃郁， 樓下是路口和各種商店鋪面， 對於睡眠要求高的可能會覺得吵鬧。 室內設計裝潢很復古，有廣州特色， 設計師十分用心。
服務：無人值守入住，阿姨上午一直都在， 聯絡方便， 訊息準確， 態度很有親和力

民宿有獨立出入口，房型很舒服設施很新，屋內有冰箱，衞浴乾濕分離，走幾步就是陶陶居總店，廣州老字號飯館酒家都在附近，步行五分鐘可到領展廣場、永慶坊，不用擔心吃的選擇，民宿服務非常好，每天都有打掃阿姨過來，房東人很好有事直接微信聯繫很方便，下次還會來這住。
