The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is next to the shopping mall. The rooms are clean and tidy. They are hygienic every day. The mattresses are very soft, but the pillows are too high. That's pretty good.

很好的一個酒店，在嘉禾住的眾多酒店中，唯一一個以後會再來的，物超所值，前台服務很好很貼心，客服也是有求必應，有什麼需要的一次性物品不夠了反饋給客服馬上就送來了，房間也很大很寬敞也很乾凈，空調製冷效果很好，很滿意的一次入住。

前台工作小姐姐服務態度不錯，説住宿可以免費停車，就在門口對面停車場，而且前台很大氣，房間有三十多平方，衞生很乾凈整潔，房間還有獨立的WLAN,網速也很快，上來電梯需要刷卡才可以上來，住的很安全很舒心，床睡的也舒服，要不是趕時間回去，都不想退房，真的值得推薦給大家

第一次入住這家酒店，環境很好，停車方便不收費，前台辦理入住很快，房間衞生非常乾淨，隔音效果也非常好，外賣可以送上門，服務也非常不錯，退房充電器忘記帶走了，前台打電話給我是自取還是幫我叫快遞，細節服務很好，很滿意的一次入住，下次還會再來。
