Very nice hotel. This was my second time staying here during my holiday. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. It’s in a quiet location at the end of an alleyway about 10 minutes from Xicun metro station (Exit B). The only problem was some inconsiderate and noisy guests on the 7th floor who often kept me awake until after 2am.

The customer service representative are very friendly and warm, provide good services. The hotel provide laundry room which many guests are look for. Very great and hopefully will have chance to revisit this hotel again.

Hotel is like a motel. People smoking in all areas and it seeps into our rroom.The first night they put me in 'gotcha' type room. Lights not working, floor type of hard mattress.
Location is a 100% different from the booking website,
