I booked there specially because they mentioned "no-smoking room"... Which is a LIE!
They don't care about smoking (especially when you see my picture: "no smoking" sign but ashtray next to it!).
And the single rooms are at street's side, it's a little bit noisy. But what is their solution: to provide earplugs!
Even the room was clean, to promise a no-smoking room is a hug lie!
Luckely the 2 young ladies at front desk, in the evening, when I came, did their best, I wish them good luck since the manager seems not nice at all.

While the condition of the facility is not in top repair (3 light bulbs in the room not working, one glass panel cracked, shower door made cracking noise when opening.) The staffs are extremely helpful, answered all questions with suggestions. Able to arrange for a ride to the airport when our foreign cell phone is not able to do it ourselves, and help us paid for it in advance as the local didi service required. Had never found more helpful staff any anywhere.

The hotel though small is conveniently located as it is within walking distance to the metro station that leads to the airport. Stayed there for a night as my friend and I had to catch the first train to the airport for our flight . There are convenient stores and eateries nearby and we were spoilt for choice over what to eat.

Nice stay here. Everything good except for the floor. It was creaky and felt unstable below at points. But overall it’s nice there.

Overall a good place to stay. Only setback for me was some intermittent beeping noise kept coming from the lift all night long.

The front desk was very welcoming when I first entered the door. The service attitude was very good. I answered all my questions. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was soft and comfortable. The housekeepers here were very kind and friendly! The stay experience was very good!

Hygiene: Someone smoked in the elevator, the front desk looked at it but didn't say anything, there were curly hairs on the wash basin in the room, and there was snot on the sign on the bedside table.
Service: The phone line in the room was not plugged in, and the front desk could not be found at all.
