1) Very bad service. They make us waited for bout 15mins just for check-in. We don’t mind to wait if they welcome us with smile and at least apologize. Receptionist had a very tight face. Maybe they don’t like us because we are not local.
2) Dirty and smelly room. As soon as we walk in, there is a smell of smoking cigarettes. The floor was filthy and the cabinet/drawer are full of dust. The bathroom seemly like never been wash. The shower got moldy.
I wonder if they really clean and wash the bedsheets.
3) Poor service. The receptionist (both guys) not very friendly. We have trouble booking for a cab. And we need help to at least call a taxi driver to pickup from the hotel. But he refused to help. He said try again. We are helpless and wasting our time during check-out.
For sure will not come again.

The toilet was blocked and I couldn't flush it. I woke up in the middle of the night and the bathroom was full of water. The sound insulation was very poor. They were building roads in the middle of the night. The ground was all dusty. I couldn't even walk without shoes. It was so bad.
