Kudos to the Concierge team for helping me receive my parcels even before I checked in. Hotel reception staff were also friendly and helpful.
Only problem with this hotel is that it is located at level 70 to 100 of the building, so we had to take multiple lifts to get to the hotelroom. But views at the hotel was absolutely breathtaking.

Thanks for warm welcome. Location is very convenient along the river and across canton tower! Hotel lobby is on 70 floor! Hotel staff is very helpful im not sure the guy's name but he tried to help me with wechat's problem. Everything was so nice im so impressive. Only one thing i missed was they were fixing swimming pool!

This was my third stay at this wonderful hotel, and each time it gets better. The rooms are beautifully designed, the service is top-notch, and the view is truly to die for. My stay was absolutely delightful—so comfortable and relaxing that I always find it hard to leave.
