I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the W. Beautiful room and excellent service! I especially want to the the guest relations officer Clark Huang, who went above and beyond to assist me with restaurant reservations and advice on tourist sites, and he even arranged cake and wine for my birthday from the hotel. Much appreciated, Clark!
My only complaint is about the dinner I had one night at The Kitchen Table, which is generally highly rated. They serve a great breakfast buffet each morning, which I enjoyed, but dinner was a major disappointment. I ordered mushroom soup, pizza and chocolate ice cream from their a la carte menu. The soup was pretty good, but the pizza was soggy and unwieldy, and the 50 yuan ice cream turned out to be one of those tiny paper cup ones that you can buy for around 7 yuan at any convenience store. It was an expensive meal, so I was quite unhappy.
But everything else about the W Guangzhou was great, and I would love to stay there again. And though I likely won’t try to dine at The Kitchen Table for dinner again, I would look forward to the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

The staff is helpful and nice. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is excellent and the we are impressed with the fresh salad bar and freshly squeezed fruit juice. The variety is also great. Value for money and highly recommended.

Few things I love about W Hotel Guangzhou:
- 10 minutes drive away from Canton Tower and close proximity to luxury shopping malls
- Bath tub was the highlight! Room was equipped with modern essentials like coffee machines, tea pot, wifi was stable, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean
- Woobar located at the G Floor Lounge was cosy and the same building hosts many restaurants, had the chance to try out Galaxy concept restaurant
- Gym equipments were comprehensive and gym room was spacious
- Service was excellent, check-in/ out was hassle free, and there was always min two door attendants who offered help with our luggages and taxis

We arrived at the hotel around 15:00hrs , which is the usual time for check in, W hotel have 3 front desk and all are occupied. So we need to wait for 10 minutes.
The receptionist is articulate and very helpful, she even upgrade my room which surprised me a lot! It was my first time to stay at W Hotel.
The concierge helped me book a taxi the next day since I'm rushing to go to South Railway station.
Location is very convenient to all area.
Will definitely come back again!

Th place is easily accessible but the service was trash. The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude and not willing to help in any way. Breakfast was nice and had enough options whereas dinner had limited options, very pricey, the chef didn’t pay attention to details on our order. I don’t eat pork and I ordered chicken they still gave me a meal with no chicken and tons of pork bits. The restaurant closes way early. I enjoyed having access to the amenities
