Skov River Resort

Our recent stay at Skrov Resort Hotel in Guangdong was truly wonderful, and I’m very happy to give a full 5-star review. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and welcoming, making it a perfect place for families with kids. First, I would like to give special thanks to the butler and the hotel team: “给管家吖俊跟酒店一个全满5份好评 5 stars to 管家吖俊 and the hotel for their service and help!” When we checked out, I accidentally left my child’s camera at the hotel. It was very important to us because it had many precious family photos. The staff quickly found the camera, carefully confirmed the details with us, and then packed it very well and sent it back. All the photos were safely kept. This really touched us and shows how responsible and caring the staff are. The family facilities are excellent: - A huge swimming pool with lifeguards all along the pool, so both adults and kids can enjoy it safely. - A kids’ playroom with staff to look after the children, which gives parents some time to relax. - Very convenient access to the water park, so the kids had an amazing time. The hotel also provides fresh fruits every day, which is a very nice touch. All the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. There is also a 24/7 convenience store in or near the hotel, so it’s very easy to buy snacks, drinks, or daily necessities at any time. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel for a family vacation: great environment, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. Special thanks again to 管家吖俊 and the whole hotel team for making our trip so pleasant and worry-free. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Guangdong and will happily recommend it to our friends. ----------- 这次入住广东的 Skrov Resort Hotel 是一次非常完美的度假体验，必须给出全满 5 分好评！酒店环境优美，整体氛围非常放松舒适，非常适合亲子家庭。 首先要特别感谢酒店的管家——给管家吖俊跟酒店一个全满5份好评！5 stars to 管家吖俊 and the hotel for their service and help! 我离店时不小心把孩子的相机遗忘在酒店，是非常重要的亲子回忆。酒店工作人员及时帮我找到相机，仔细确认信息后又帮我们精心打包寄回，里面所有照片都完好无损，这一点让我非常感动，服务真的非常贴心、负责任。 酒店的亲子设施也非常棒： - 超大的游泳池，沿途都有救生员守护，大人小孩玩得都很安心； - 儿童乐园/游戏室配有工作人员帮忙照看孩子，父母可以适当放松一下； - 酒店与水上乐园连接方便，出入都很便捷，小朋友玩得非常尽兴。 另外，酒店每天都会提供新鲜水果，细节做得很好。所有员工态度都非常友善、热情有礼，让人从入住到离店都感到很舒服。 楼下还有一家 24 小时营业的便利店，半夜想买点零食、饮品或日用品都非常方便。 总的来说，这是一家非常适合亲子度假的酒店：环境好、设施齐全、服务一流。再次特别感谢管家吖俊和所有酒店员工，让我们的旅程非常愉快、安心。以后来广东玩一定还会选择这里，也会推荐给身边的朋友！

We had amazing time. Place is outstanding, to my surprise we found vegetarian options and the staff was very supportive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it and certainly recommend this for family, friends , couples, kids to visit this place 

Outstanding. Accommodations are Very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Huge water park and leisure area with many activities for Family, one night stay won't be enough. Delicious culinary from the Kitchen. The most excellent are the people, welcoming, helpful and mindful, from The front door to those people who work behind the scenes. Special thanks for 甜甜 Nia.
