Small hot spring. Too many people in hot spring bath. Someone smoking in hot spring bath. Not enough staff. Restaurant also not enough staff.

The hotel booked through Ctrip completely exceeded expectations. From booking to check-in, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Butler Huang responded quickly and solved any problems in seconds. The room was clean and warm, the transportation was convenient and worry-free, and there were free samples for dinner at night.
