The hotel is ideally located in Tianhe Plaza, with a food street right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. The lobby on the 28th floor offers fantastic views, including the Canton Tower. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The butler service was exceptional; they were very thoughtful and helped me change rooms according to my request. Plus, they delivered a fruit plate to my room daily.

This hotel is directly opposite the Canton Tower, offering extremely convenient transportation. From the lobby, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Liede Bridge and the TV Tower. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming and provide top-notch service. The environment is cozy and comfortable, giving you a 'home away from home' feeling, which my kids absolutely loved. They also offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks – simply fantastic! A big thank you to every member of the hotel staff.

The environment here is truly amazing. We chose the family-themed river-view room, and we could see the Canton Tower right from our window. The kids didn't even want to go out because the river view was so great from the room. The cleanliness was also excellent, and the facilities were very complete. The food was delicious and well-thought-out, and they even had a late-night supper option. We missed afternoon tea because we were out exploring, but we'd love to come back and try it next time. The service attitude was also wonderful. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning in our room, but they handled it very well, even helping us switch rooms. Overall, everything was fantastic. Great location, but the hotel doesn't live up to its five-star rating. The facilities are very average; the faucets look like fake Kohler, there's no smart toilet, and the curtains let in light. The restaurant staff's attitude was quite poor. When the housekeeper cleaned the room, they didn't even fold my own duvet, and all my clothes were left scattered without being tidied up. My duvet was also left on the sofa unfolded. I definitely won't be coming back again.

The 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the Pearl River and Canton Tower. During the day, we watched the river breeze ripple the water, and at night, we enjoyed the dazzling lights. My child was glued to the window, watching the 'Little Waist' light show, so excited they wouldn't budge. The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; L'Occitane toiletries were provided, along with complimentary children's bath sets and a baby cot. The AI interactive game table kept my child entertained as soon as we entered the room—every detail was meticulously considered. The butler service was the biggest surprise! Our butler, Lucy, proactively contacted us before check-in to confirm our needs, helped reserve a high-floor river view room, and even sent welcome fruits. During our stay, WeChat messages were answered instantly. She not only helped us book a table at Dian Du De to skip the queue but also thoughtfully reminded us of the Huacheng Square music fountain schedule. Before we left, she specially arranged a late check-out, making our entire trip with the child completely stress-free. The hotel's location is superb, making nearby attractions very accessible. It's a 10-minute walk to Huacheng Square, perfect for an evening stroll with the kids to watch the fountain. A 15-minute taxi ride takes you directly to Canton Tower, and after visiting, you can head straight to Haixinsha Pier for a Pearl River night cruise. There's an abundance of delicious food nearby; we could walk 3 minutes to Li's Noodle House, recommended by Michelin, and a 8-minute taxi ride took us to Bingsheng Pinwei. The authentic Cantonese flavors satisfied the whole family. The hotel's dining was also excellent; the buffet breakfast offered Cantonese dim sum, the afternoon tea on the 28th floor with river views was incredibly relaxing, and hot noodles were available late at night. The accompanying children's play area provided a place for my child to burn off energy, and the complimentary laundry room solved the washing challenges of traveling with kids. This family trip was relaxing and fulfilling. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommend it to families with children!

I stayed in a room with a stunning river view at 1299. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view of Liede Bridge, Canton Tower, and Haixinsha. While I'm not big on 'checking in' everywhere, sisters who want to take beautiful photos can definitely go for it. The package included breakfast, afternoon tea, supper, and a complimentary in-room minibar. I didn't try the afternoon tea or supper, so I can't comment on those. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, with a wide variety of baked goods that looked and tasted delicious. There were also cheese platters, fruit salads, English breakfast items, and Cantonese noodles and congee, all of which were very good. The minibar had one bottle each of Coke, Fanta, strawberry juice, and electrolyte water. There were also four additional bottles of water in the room – plenty of refreshments. The toiletries were L'Occitane, which I trust, and the quality of the toothbrush set was excellent. There was also a 3-in-1 charging cable by the bed, which was a thoughtful touch. There was a minor hiccup: in the middle of the night, when we returned to our room, we couldn't open the door. We went to the front desk twice to update the key cards, but they still didn't work. After walking back and forth twice, I was getting a bit annoyed, but the front desk and maintenance staff handled the issue very promptly. We offered to go out for another stroll while they investigated. When we returned, the maintenance person was already waiting at our door, and the repair was done very quickly. Everyone's attitude in resolving the problem was excellent.
