The worst in the world .. extremely dirty kitchen and washroom with cockroaches… forcing us to leave in the early morning at 7am.

The sanitary conditions are not very good. There are two entrances for entry and exit. It is not very convenient to apply for a visa. The price is more expensive than the nearby hotels with high ratings

“管家”服務很周到。她們很早到，幫我媽跟小姨安排的很好。值得信賴家裡長者出行，首先選他家，也是在其他家比較後，最滿意的一家。去廣州簽證還是選他家，走路方便，很近。去哪裡都方便，聽老的説還走去了看小蠻腰。他們這次圓滿結束行程。周邊吃的很很多選擇，看他們頭次吃腸粉，還有套餐。頭一次，沒跟着小孩出行，這次很大的進步。👍

房間可能算整體衞生還可以，乾淨，服務可以，就是硬件設施差了一點，空調是舊版空調，來廣州看廣州塔（小蠻腰）温度當天比效冷，空調效果沒那麼好，但是在市中心範圍找到這麼一家比效優惠，還算可以了。

酒店距離美國領事館很近。而且老闆任真的很好，入住的時候就會帶着認識怎麼走去領事館，第二天大概怎麼簽，第二天還有叫醒服務，很貼心。而且半夜打擾到老闆的時候，他還是很貼心幫忙想辦法。領事館門口的報亭可以緊急打印，應急用的，順利過簽後，打電話給老闆，也會很耐心解答問題，總之，這次住宿物超所值。

離馬拉松終點500米左右，倒挺方便的，但是這個酒店公寓沒有前台比較不好找，找半天也沒找到老闆電話，最後導航那個門又沒有保安，後來找了其他門問了保安，還好保安有老闆電話打電話讓老闆下來接。在這邊附近跑馬拉松訂過六年了其他酒店都是兩點鐘退房的，本來這老闆也答應兩點退房，但一點半就讓你來敲門搞衞生了。
