Less impressive than advertised, not the most modern room, good location downtown.

The location is perfect in the center of Guangzhou near commodities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only point is that the room was not clean and had a lot of dust and would need a little refurbishment.

We stayed for two nights. The room is pretty basic. From Trip.com booking it says we should get an upgrade room but definitely we didn't. The bed was too firm for our standard (maybe it's okay for Chinese standard). Not the cleanest room and they came in twice; to put clean towels and to clean the central air conditioning -and leaving puddle of water/ alcohol spray on the floor- without telling us they would enter the room but we knew. We didn't mind but if you want a privacy, this place isn't really doing it. The location is the one and only great thing this 'hotel' has matched with the price. The owner/ lady was very nice and helpful but she's busy talking on the phone during check in. The first half hour after we checked in, she came back and wanted to clean the room. We refused immediately.

Location is amazing and service was great. Bed was tough/hard and shower was tiny. Curtain would stick onto skin while showering. Everything was great.

Apartment location is in city centre and very close to shopping malls and restaurants , also very close to metro station. Room is clean and peaceful.

The room is a good space for a solo/couple traveller, near the metro and Haixin bridge/park. The room is clean, and easy to coordinate with the agent. Very nice location within the zhujiang new town. :)

All cool, close to all the western spots, recommended. Lady was polite, got the room upgraded and let us extend our stay on short notice. Close to metro stops. The room is decent, water is super hot so be careful.

The room was fairly large for the area and clean which was great. Issue came for checking in, like the front door was locked, so only got in when the guard opened it and then no one at the desk, so had to call. Which is a nightmare if u don't speak Chinese. But after that no issue

The hotel is really nice. They welcome foreigners well. Whenever you need a help ,they immediately do especially there is a woman who welcomed me in warm way which I felt I am home. The location is really good , you go everywhere easily. I like it . Thanks for the receptionist and those who work there

The place is ok, but the beds are too hard

Everything worked out fine for us. The host picked us up at the door and showed us the apartment. Its small but well equipped, very close to the Center and you can explore a lot by foot. We would book it again.
