Loved the location, away from Qing’Ao which is way too touristy. Staff were so helpful especially with scooter hire and even gave us a gift upon our check out. Room was massive at 77sqm and the view was really nice especially at sunset and sunrise. A lot of great seafood restaurants around and of course, convenient stores and scooter hires. Would love to come again especially with such a beautifully laid out space with projector!

Our room on the 10th floor had a fantastic environment, offering an unobstructed 180-degree sea view. At night, we could sit at the tea table by the bay window and enjoy a free fireworks show. Downstairs, there's Qianjiang Bay Beach, which is perfect for kids to play in the sand. Excellent value for money, definitely a thumbs up!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the tourist center, making it super convenient to get to by bus after arriving on the island. Dining and getting around are a breeze. They even gave us complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the room was clean and cozy. We also received a small gift when we checked out. This is a very convenient place; it's right across from the beach and comes with a washing machine and dryer. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and it's well-located in the city center with good transportation. I'll definitely choose Chenxi Yu Hai again when I visit during the off-season.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across the street from the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. There are electric scooter rentals downstairs, and plenty of convenient dining options nearby, including many Chaoshan seafood snacks. Seriously, you guys! My boyfriend and I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Nanao, and we immediately booked this beachfront hotel right on the waves. Waking up and opening the window to the blue sky and ocean is just amazing 🌊. Plus, you can rent scooters right downstairs, which is super convenient. Our car got blocked in, and after multiple calls to no avail, the front desk lady checked on her computer and contacted the car owner to move their vehicle for us. Because of the delay, she even gave us two bags of local specialties! Definitely a big thumbs up!

This hotel was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations after checking in. It was clean and hygienic, and they even provided complimentary disposable towels and bath towels, which other hotels don't. The hairdryer was the same model as Dyson, and it worked wonderfully. The hotel's location is also excellent; the ocean is right across the street. After our chartered island tour, we arrived back around 4:30 PM, so we could drop off our luggage and head straight to the beach across the way to watch the sunset and take photos – it was incredibly convenient, and the scenery was beautiful. The small street next to the hotel downstairs is a food street, making it very easy to find things to eat. We had breakfast there every morning. The front desk staff were also very warm and thoughtful, providing us with a travel guide in advance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends for their next stay.

Right by the sea with a fantastic view. I was a bit worried it might be noisy at night being by the road, but it was actually very quiet. Extremely satisfied with our stay this trip! Our room was upgraded to one with a tent that my child loved, and there were also moon-themed elements, which was a nice touch.
