We took a taxi from Xiaomanyao and saw the building from a distance, but couldn't find the hotel entrance. We asked the security guard, and he said he didn't know which floor it was and that we couldn't take the elevator, so he asked us to take the freight elevator. Then I finally asked someone to swipe the card for me and got to the 16th floor. When I went downstairs, I saw that it was empty and very eerie. Then he hurried down and couldn't stay any longer. When I came back to work today, I realized that I forgot to cancel the order, so I contacted Ctrip. Thank you Ctrip.
