Love this Hotel, Near Airport and closed to Metro Renhe Station, great Services Friendly and helpful staff, Mr. PJ help me at everything, I highly recommended this hotel awesome 10/10

Room is big, clean and healthy. Front desk is very helpful and airport drop off service free.

We had a great stay at Neya Hotel! Our group of seven, including students, felt super comfortable after a long trip for our International Exchange program. The rooms were clean and cozy, and airport transport was provided, which made everything so convenient. Friendly staff and a great location — highly recommended!

The room was sooo clean and comfortable, especially the bed! The interior was nice too, it felt like a luxury hotel. We’re definitely very satisfied with the hotel! Thanks ❤️

Even though I only stayed here for 1 night, I was very impressed. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. If you need to get to the subway station, you can call a taxi and it'll take just a few minutes. There's no noise. The staff are friendly and there's a free airport shuttle.

The room is clean and comfortable.Location is a bit far from the metro station but they provide free transport to the metro station and also the airport transfer.Service staff is very polite,helpful and replied to my messages in just a few seconds.Thank you!

Initially, upon checking in, I discovered a leak in the ceiling. When I reported it to the front desk, they were very proactive in handling it and immediately upgraded our room. The front desk staff member was also incredibly thoughtful and patient. Overall, the facilities are quite new, the bedding was clean, and the room was free of any unpleasant odors, which was excellent. The only minor drawbacks were that the pillows were too high, and the final stretch of road leading to the hotel was a bit hard to find and quite dark.

It’s been fantastic to stay in Neya hotel, airport pick up from late night available by called when arrived. Walk distance to metro about 15min or book shuttle to station so convenient. The room clean and comfortable also warm service and looking after by housekeeping. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

The room was clean enough and the bed was super comfy. I didn’t know I needed to book a shuttle bus to the subway station in advance, so I missed one and the staff member just ordered taxi for me, free of charge, that was sweet. On my way to the hotel, I did arrange taxi myself. Also had a chance to go to the airport by their shuttle bus 3 hours before the flight and that was very convenient. Thank you for your services and kindness.

The 24-hour airport pick-up service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly attentive. However, the bedside power outlets were a bit of a stretch to reach, and there were very few of them. With one occupied by the mosquito repellent, it left no convenient options for guests needing to charge multiple devices. What's more, even after having the mosquito repellent plugged in all night, I still woke up to find mosquitoes in the room the next morning. Despite these minor issues, the room itself was great – clean and hygienic, and the service was good too. Perhaps the mosquito situation was just a bit of bad luck, haha.

Booked for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The room is big , a comfortable bed and pillows . The service is top notch , the front desk is friendly and very assisting . They attend to matters urgently and proffessional. I loved my stay here one of the best hotels . The aircon works very well, the water is hot , there is a kettle in the room and some coffee . Neya hotel i will come back again .
