賓館位於校園內，環境非常好，房間設施略顯陳舊，尤其衞生間還保留幾十年前的浴缸，洗澡不太方便，其他都還不錯，住着挺温馨挺親切。建議價格淡季便宜一些就更完美了。

馬桶太臟了，坐墊上有黃色斑點，非常噁心。馬桶沖水鈕也是破損的，也不維修一下。白瞎了這麼好的建築和環境。停車是免費的，不要被誤導了！

學校裏面的酒店，比較殘舊了。衹能是招待所水平，性價比不高。同樣的價格建議住學校外周邊的其他酒店。由於廣州廣交會，房價比原來翻了3倍。

來華工外語學院（4號樓）考雅思，特意訂的酒店，房內設施非常老舊，廁所有點下水道氣味，不是考試就不…．．了，可以免費延遲到2點退房。停車是沒問題的，在大學內，半小時收5元，45元／天，出校門時掃碼付費。酒店外圍（就是華工校園內）是環境優美。
