離地鐵很近，出門過紅綠燈一分鐘就到，很方便。附近有動漫城，北京路，越王遺址，市第一醫院，
而且上下九，越秀公園，光孝寺，陳家祠，廣州塔，省博，廣州大劇院，沙麪，都幾站地就到，別提多方便了。
🔔服務：店家人很好，幾乎是有求必應（當然你得是合理要求）樓頂還能洗衣服。無線空調洗手間樣樣齊全。沒有的和溝通老闆就行。
🍃環境：正常公寓環境，房間無異味。整體公寓臨近路口卻不臨街，方便又不會很吵。周圍很多政府單位，白天部分還有特警，巡邏崗，安全問題不存在的。
PS:住這種物美價廉的公寓，自帶一次性毛巾，一次性床單被罩，和一次性馬桶墊，用自己的沐浴露身體乳，幸福指數飆升。

垃圾中的戰鬥機 基本衞生 安全 沒有保障 被子潮到快要發黴 為了降低成本一次性用品全部沒有 空調一股幾年不洗的味道 房門的鎖也不牢靠 隔音 氣味丶什麼的就更別想了 弄得一晚上沒睡着 而且聽説這個酒店還有負四樓的房間 真不敢想 那是啥樣子的房間 住在這裏讓你體會到什麼叫城中村 什麼叫一線大城市的貧民窟 什麼叫危險特色酒店

地理位置十分優越，離公園前地鐵站出來就一條馬路的距離。北京路等非常近，公交出行很適合。老闆態度很好，很熱情。心裏體驗很嗨不錯。
缺點一在於沒有地方停車，附近停車的地方一晚上要160，把房間便宜的優勢全然抵消。二在於房間很小，床旁邊五十釐米就是衞生間，兩個人轉身都難。三在於旁邊的鐵皮房頂，下雨簡直是災難一般的存在，聲音大的像打雷，晚上睡眠質量等於零。四在於衞生。因此很適合年輕人單身出遊，情侶住這裏可能會吵架

寫着是四個人入住 那下面的沙發床不應該是配好枕頭和被子的嗎 為什麼還需要加錢？ 那沙發都發黑了好歹也配床單吧 廁所連排氣扇都沒有 天花板也是爛爛的

雖然地點剛好在公園前站，交通出入很方便，但是實在無法入住，隔音有點差，所幸飯店方願意退返未入住的費用，還算是蠻負責的商家
