The Hotel Apartment is located among several residential blocks in a new town. All the necessary amenities are available in the surrounding area.
Taxis are readily available at all times.
Services at the hotel were very good. The kitchen was equipped with gas stove, fridge and microwave oven. We prepare our own breakfast.
The receptionist was very helpful and polite. She assisted in finding transport for our cargo to warehouse and transfer mini- van to the airport.
The only hassle was that transports are not allowed to go through to the front of the hotel except for motorbikes and bicycles. You have to carry your luggage at least 30 metres from drop off to the hotel lobby. If you like a home away from home this hotel apartment is ideal.
I will return.

This apartment building is located in Yangji Village, diagonally across from the Dongfanghong Kindergarten. It's a great location, with convenient food and drinks downstairs, the subway not far away, and takeout delivered right to your door. I stayed there last year and thought it was a nice quiet location amidst the bustling city. However, this year, I found the facilities to be poorly maintained. The mattress was incredibly soft, the air conditioning was inconsistent and semi-broken, and the curtains were covered in dust. Other amenities were also poorly maintained. The bed was so soft that I couldn't sleep well the entire night. I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness and replace any old items; otherwise, for the price, the experience will be quite disappointing.

I chose the Executive Suite because it was supposed to be the highest quality room in the hotel, the price was reasonable and the photos looked good. But the reality was a shabby room - the sofa had the cheesiest patches to cover the signs of age, stains everywhere, and the overall condition was extremely poor. To make matters worse, I requested a parking space in advance, but when I left, other hotel guests (according to the staff) parked in front of my car, blocking the exit, causing me to wait for 30 minutes to leave, wasting a lot of time

Convenient transportation, good location, the front desk lady provided good service, and the room was clean and tidy. The toiletries were complete, and the price/performance ratio was very high.
