Ji Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center)

Honestly speaking, this hotel is real good with this pricing. Still a new hotel, furnishing is modern, nice environment, robot machine. I meant, don’t expect front desk service to be at top level with this pricing, got to be more patience as they are servicing higher volumes. I requested to have a purifier in my room and they sent it to me immediately. The only improvement I see is the staff definitely need to have some training on critical thinking, managing priority tasks, and communication skills. Not coming plaining on this, what I see is room for improvement. Overall, I had a nice stay in this hotel! 💖👍🏼

The hotel is located 10 mins walk to shopping street and many shopping mall i.e. parc central and one link. There are many street food vendor around the hotel. For online food delivery, robot will bring it to your room.

Arrived earlier in the morning for Canton Fair and reception was kind enough to let me check in the room since it’s ready. Room was on quiet, clean and good water pressure and amenity. Recommended!

One of the better Ji Hotels I’ve stayed at in. You do need to head to the third floor first (which is where the hotel lobby is) for checking in/out, and to get to the Ji Hotel’s elevator for your floor and room. I was on the 31st floor in a two bed room and the view was beautiful. Cleaning was done daily, and upon request, the hotel staff was more than willing to help replace bedsheets for me. Free laundry room with status available online (via WeChat) was a huge plus (some hotels have free laundry rooms, but not the ability to track each washer/dryer’s status/ time so having that greatly reduced my anxiety about washing clothes/ other people accidentally getting into mine). I didn’t realize until the second night (when the temperatures drastically dropped) that the window of my room was cracked open and could not be closed. It was a huge issue, but was a bit surprising to me. Third floor lobby has free coffee if you request it from the lobby staff, and they’re also able to hold your luggage upon check out as needed (which I believe is something most, if not all, Ji Hotels offer). The location was positioned perfectly close to subway stations and within walking distance to two huge shopping malls which is another plus.
