I recently stayed at rezen dong hotel and had an overall fantastic experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, offering a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The location of the hotel was perfect—conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. One of the standout features was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. If I had to point out one small downside, it would be the noise from the street at night, but this was easily mitigated by closing the windows. This time a short stay..1 night only. The welcoming hospitality was great. Though I arrived early in the morning, I was given an early check-in. Thank you so much young boy and girl at the front office,who checked me in. Everything here is top quality. Shall stay here whenever I am in Guangzhou.

入住體驗我給滿分，大堂還配備了茶水餅乾，入住當天前台小姐姐還幫忙把行李從車上搬下來並且送到房間，非常感謝，知道我行李多還幫忙安排了距離電梯不遠的房間，有什麼需要也是隨叫隨到，衞生也是非常乾淨，房間該有的設備也是應有盡有，酒店位於地鐵口附近交通非常便利，總之下次還會入住。

I booked this hotel when I passed by Guangzhou to see the Guangzhou Tower. My family booked 2 rooms and the hotel gave us 2 adjacent rooms, which was very convenient. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The music in the bathroom was unexpectedly good. The equipment is also relatively advanced. It was very quiet on the day I checked in, with no other noise. Except for the lack of a refrigerator, all other equipment was good. There is a large shopping mall near the hotel, I forgot the name, and there are many restaurants and cinemas in it. After returning home, I found that I had left my thermos cup in the hotel, and the front desk lady also arranged for a courier, thank you very much!

Excellent hotel. The room was the biggest I’ve had in China for this price. I was really surprised by the size of the room , and it’s price was really good. The only issue is that is a bit far from the center of the city, but I have no complaints about it. Really loved it!

Hygiene: Clean, Service: In place A family of four traveled together. The room had no odor and there was no noise except for the sound of the airplane. It happened to be cold, but I didn't feel cold. I went to the laundry room to get the clothes drying rack to dry my clothes. High cost performance

Very impressed! I travel approx 30% of the year spent in hotels and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Relaxing decor, very clean rooms and the first hotel I have ever seen that also leaves you sanitary wipes so you can sanitize surfaces yourself if you like!!! DETAILS! Bed was soft, room was quiet and little extras like a fruit basket was another pleasant surprise. Hotel was a VALUE for the experience. KUDO's to the hotel management and staff!!!

The hotel is in a great location. There is a snack street and bus station downstairs. Across the overpass is a large supermarket such as Anhuahui. There is a subway within 2 kilometers, which makes travel convenient. However, the noise is a little loud at night, so it is not recommended for people who don't sleep well. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the sheets and quilts are relatively clean.

Kudos to Carson’s fantastic service and hospitality, all my requests were accommodated and the whole Wyndham experience was hassle-free. Easy check in, great location with dining options all around, quick response to every request made. 10/10 would book again.
