Response from Property: Dear sir ,first of all , I'M very sorry that your trip didn't go as planned.you lost a room card ,and according to the hotel's regulations,you shouid have paid 50yuan ,as the hotel's regulations, you should have paid compensation ,however,since you were not satiesfied,the hotel managei has helped you apply for a 30-yuan compensation,the cost for losing the room card is also yuan ,she also told you that if the room card is found ,the mony you paid will be refundde to you .unfortunately,the room card has not been found .in response to your request ,the manager used her own money to replace three 20-yuan notes for you .you were satisfied with the hotel's services at that time.if the lost of the room card made you unhappy,I'm truely sorry ,because if the staff doesn't collect your conpensation,they themselves need to compensate,so I hope you can understand. 尊敬的客人，您好，首先非常遗憾您的这次旅行未能完美如愿，因为您遗失了一张房卡，按照酒店规定是需要赔偿50元，但因为您不满意，酒店负责人已经帮您申请赔偿30元，您支付遗失房卡的费用也是30元。也跟您说了，若房卡找到，这30元会退还给您，很遗憾房卡至今未找到，另外，应您的要求，酒店负责人用自己的钱帮您换了3张20元的零钱，您当时对酒店的服务还是比较满意的，若因为房卡遗失而让您不开心，实在抱歉，因为服务员若不收取您的赔偿，那么服务员自己需要赔偿的，所以希望您能理解。
