The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, plus there's a hot spring bath every day! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – delicious with a wide variety, including various vegetables, fruits, fish, and Japanese dishes. You can eat until 10 AM, making it a very worthwhile breakfast!

Good clean and nice hotel to stay in, right at the JR station. Breakfast has a good selection too.

1. The location is incredibly convenient. After exiting the JR station, it's right there in the white building on your left. We took a bus from Hakodate Airport to the JR station square, and the bus driver pointed out the white building to us – it was very close by. The station square offers easy access to trams and buses that can take you to Motomachi, Goryokaku, and Mount Hakodate. In the evening, we took a direct bus up Mount Hakodate and enjoyed the beautiful night view. Getting back by bus was very convenient. The next day, we took the tram to Goryokaku, and it felt very accessible. 2. The front desk service was excellent. When we asked about sightseeing routes, the staff member was very enthusiastic and took out a map to explain everything. 3. The hotel room was clean and cozy, with a sea view from the window. The room provided hot spring bathrobes and a non-woven bag (a lovely blue color). After our hot spring bath, there was a cooler by the changing room entrance offering free small ice cream sticks – I tried one, and it was delicious! The hotel is very close to the morning market. After having lunch at the market, we walked to the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses, enjoying the beautiful sea views along the way. We didn't dine at the hotel. There are restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel, making dining very easy.

Location is good. Next to JR station as well as bus station and 5 mins walk to seafood market. Hotel is very close to many restaurants plus only 20 mins walk to the Red Brck area

The location is fantastic! It's right by the JR station and the bus stop is just outside, making it super convenient to get to Goryokaku and Mount Hakodate. The morning market is also right next door. The room was spacious and well-designed. The only minor issue was that there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room, and I didn't see a water dispenser in the public areas. However, overall, it's still pretty good value for money.

This hotel is right next to the JR station, just a 2-minute walk, so it's super convenient for transport. For a Japanese hotel, the room is quite spacious – at least you can open up a large suitcase. Plus, there's Nemuro Hana Maru Sushi not too far away, which I highly recommend.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Hakodate Station has only one exit, and the hotel is the tall building immediately to the left, with the Hakodate Morning Market right across to the right. Immediately after checking in, we took a taxi to the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses, with Hachiman-zaka Slope just a short walk away. Only upon returning to the hotel did we realize that Hakodate Station is right by the sea, and a leisurely stroll along the waterfront also leads directly to the Red Brick Warehouses. With buses and taxis available right outside the station entrance, getting around is incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, offering plenty of comfortable sofas for guests to relax. The hotel features a public bath and sauna, and after a relaxing soak, complimentary popsicles in various flavors are a delightful treat. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including all-you-can-eat sashimi! All the food was delicious, and we were constantly delighted by the offerings. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Although we didn't go up Mount Hakodate for the famous night view, our hotel window offered a stunning vista of the sea. As night fell, the coastline and the illuminated buildings sparkled, creating an equally breathtaking nocturnal panorama. Absolutely magnificent!

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The only minor drawback was the slightly higher price, as it coincided with a Japanese holiday. The hotel boasts an excellent location; it's just a few minutes' walk to Hakodate Station from the back entrance, and you don't even need to cross any roads. The hotel breakfast was exceptionally generous and diverse. The seafood rice bowl was incredibly tasty, and the Hokkaido milk was wonderfully rich and creamy. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary drinking water.

The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station and just a short walk around the corner. It's also very close to Fisherman's Wharf, perfect for enjoying fresh sashimi, seafood, and other local specialties. All major attractions are easily accessible on foot. The hotel service was excellent, and the room was immaculately clean. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay.

This newly built hotel is conveniently located right next to the station, with Hakodate Morning Market directly across the street. It's also a short walk to Hakodate Port for a morning or evening stroll, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, the hotel offers a hot spring, making it excellent value for money!

Perfectly located near the JR line, lovely on and nice Japanese breakfast .

Pro : Perfect location just right next to JR Hakodate. Close to restaurants and Lawson at the hotel. Complimentary popsicle in the onsen. Con. Room quite small. You can hear noise from trains etc. no drinking water in the room.
