* No breakfast served - even though it is advertised as a B&B we were told that breakfast is only served during week days. * The receptionist is the house keeper, the chef, the maintenance person as well. She complaint about how tired she is and shockingly complaint about guests asking for an iron at some stage. * Toilet paper ran out as there was half a roll in the holder. * Wifi not working - there is a password, but no WiFi. * TV was not working * Aircon was malfunctioning and we couldn't sleep during the hot evening. * Bathroom door handle was broken and the door could not close properly. We were not comfortable asking for anything becasue during the time of checking in the house keeper seemed annoyed and complaines about guests staying there. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome
